Worst cab company ever! If you need to be somewhere call someone else! Called them at 830 am for a ten am app they said ok then when I called back at 930am they said they will be be there when they can very poor service! Thank God for uber got me there 5 min late for my appointment put they got it done! !

The drivers are safe, ladies don't have to worry about riding with these guys. Their main driver can be a lil abrasive (seemingly cranky), but is not a bad guy. (Reminds me of my grandfather) anywhere in town for 10$. Call with time though, as most days it'll be about 35-40 mins for a pick up. And sometimes you ride with other pick ups also.

Have had multiple of their drivers almost crash into me because they recklessly drive. Had one almost hit me while I was walking in the Walmart parking lot. Just today one in a white Chevy Impala or Cruze about side swiped me because she was speeding around and got into my lane as I was turning onto another street. They need to test their drivers every so often to make sure they know the rules of the road and that they aren’t reckless young adults. I understand that’s how they make money but they cannot be sitting there weaving in and out of traffic just to get somewhere “faster” while almost causing several accidents along the way.

Very bad customer service they came way before I asked to be picked up and cursed at me because I said give me a minute to grab my stuff. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience. I even called the day before to arrange a pickup time.

$10 dollars to go les then 3 miles. Really call them and ask for ride and can't tell you how long it could be. Sleepy service

You were able to pick me up but was unwilling. I needed to go 4 miles to a hotel. And you said, "Can't you get someone else to do it? Get an Uber. " My semi had broken down at a rest area, and you were the closest and was recommended. I was willing to pay extra considering you're coming to a rest area. It was 2 p.m. In the afternoon, so it was ample daylight for you to come. I didn't want to impose, so I dropped the subject after you declined me twice. Once you let that heavy sigh out, I knew not to keep pressing the issue. That's the only reason.

Terrible company, the rudest man answered the phone and apparently is the only taxi service in town, DO NOT CALL IF AT LEGEND VALLEY

I’ve no complaint with them. The women is always super nice and drives respectively and always been on time.

Highly recommend using UBER or LYFT or any other taxi company. NOT this company! Their RUDE, WASTE YOUR TIME, and WILL OVER CHARGE YOU!

Horrible cab service they are extremely rude and act that way because they are the only cab company in town and they know that. Just lost my job because of safecab not showing up at all I called 3 x no answer and when they finally did answer the guy was super rude and said they’d be late just to turn around and not show up

This company is appropriately named - I felt safe. Driver was genuinely interested in helping me get through my ordeal and back on the road.

Whoever runs this business should close. Your manager has no respect for anyone. Sounded drunk on the phone and was driving while on the phone. Please do not spend your money here, walk if you have to because this place is not worth your money

Doesn't give ETA's a lot of the time. This has changed recently. Hopefully it's not temporary. They usually get you to work on time though. Drivers attitude isn't always the best but it's manageable

GREAT service! They are reliable, communicate effectively and get me to and from my destination on time or in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Safe Cab Co to anyone in need of transportation.

Very responsive when we needed an urgent taxi to the airport. Professional, courteous, and most importantly got us there safely and in time to make the flight. Thank you!

Never called them or needed a ride but they showed up to my work for my co worker and when I went to explain it would be a minute the dude kept cutting me off and cussing at me and said I know I’m an asshole… come to find out I guess he’s the owner and I hope to god his business crashes and I mean that disrespectfully.
