They made my windshield “repair” worse. Then tried to get me to pay for a windshield replacement for about $500. I called my dealer and they were offering the same glass at half the price! After a mistake that they caused!

I needed directions to the Safelite repair location in Worthington. My GEICO insurance app set up the appointment; it couldn't have been easier.

I Bought a new Expedition that had a 3 small chips
in the wind shield. I got it the 2nd of May and wanted them repaired before they actually crack. So I called safelite and had
them come out. We set the appointment up for June 5th to fill them. The guy was not professional and kept telling me that he refused to fill the 2 other little divots in the windshield, saying that they were just a Surface scratch and that it wouldn't chip or crack. I asked him to please ahead and fill them anyway for me because preventative measures. He fought me with about it an refused to fill them. He only filled the one at the top. He and the guy that he was training packed up and left. I didnt get a recipe or anything. Well this morning I woke up and cleaned off my windshield. We had gotten our first snow of the year and the temperatures dropped! I noticed that my wind shield was a cracked so I called safelite To see what could be done about this I got transferred over to to people and then finally to a manager without anybody tell me what was going on the manager was extremely rude and said we didn't break your windshield and we're not going to replace it that's not our responsibility. And the guy that came out deleted my appointment and he never made a claim with my insurance. So I have no way to cover myself now because that guy did not do his job properly. I made a call to Corporate and they weren't much help either. I spoke to a lady and customer service And explained everything that happen and what was going on. She told me that I would still have to make a claim with my insurance to get a new windshield and I would have to pay the deductible. I honestly believe that I should not have to pay the deductible For a new windshield you're employee came out and did not do his job correctly and he did not fill those surface scratches that he said would never chip or crack. The 2nd night The temperature dropped down to 20 and my windshield cracked even more. I run my own business and I would never treat my clients this way.

We had to have a broken window replaced. They didnt fully clean out the glass so when the window gets rolled down now, you can still hear glass in the window.

Fast, easy, convenient, and I saved money for driving to their shop. I waited in AAA while they replaced my glass.

I was about to get in to have an estimate done right away. The guy was super friendly and fast! I walked away with a great deal and a barely noticeable fixed chip! Thanks!

Very easy process. Sends text msgs informing installer’s arrival time. My window wasn’t the issue, but the inside mechanism. Gave quick estimate with only a two day wait for parts to arrive and install.

On our trip we encountered a problem with our windshield. Safelite had replaced it over a year ago and it is under permanent warranty! The repairman came to our location and in a friendly and pleasant manner repaired it! He went above and beyond what he had to do in order to make sure it was fixed. Excellent service!

Had them come out to repair an eraser-sized chip. They cracked my windshield! They refused to make this right - said they'd be happy to replace my windshield if I paid my deductible. I feel scammed.

Scheduled a 10am thinking this location was a stay an service turns out its a drop off only was told to come back at 2: 30 wasn't serviced until 3pm took 1 hour 30 mins to complete the windshield replacement don't go here unless your dropping off wasted a whole day waiting to be serviced
