I was on vacation for Thanksgiving in Ohio, from. Florida. My windshield got cracked I call and they had me an appointment on 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I was back on the road

Tried to talk to a local site and was put into the never ending get to no one phone system. Could not talk to anyone and received no help locally! Horrible customer service! Absolute worst!

We were driving down I75 when a rock smashed the windshield on our 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Called Safelite and they got us in and replaced it with an OEM windshield! 30 minutes, in and out. No leaks! No problems! I would definitely recommend!

Satellite is not all they say they are. The warning of "we will try to fix it but possibly we can make it worst then you will have to pay for new windshield " thing is a no. They don't completely fix the crack, it's still cracked but just less cracked. I suggest just replace the windshield and skip this company.

Taylor was very professional and high skilled. Replacement didn’t take more than 40 minutes, highly recommended if you are looking for high quality work.

My window was smashed over night at a parking lot in Downtown Cincinnati. I was traveling home the next day. I made an appointment to have them replace it once I was home. Since I had a 9 hour drive they offered to crash wrap the window with plastic to keep the cold and wind out. They did an awesome job!

The repair took less than 30 minutes, the staff was very friendly and I definitely felt welcomed. I would absolutely recommend them to any and everyone is in need of getting their window replaced.

I dropped off my car the night before service. I was scheduled for 9: 30am but I got a call before 8am and Taylor told me my car was ready. Talk about quick service! My new windshield is perfect and I couldn’t be happier!

Safelite has an excellent online appointments and notification system. Work was done on time and a great job on a shattered windshield.

This Safelite is fast, high quality, professional, and kind. Safelite online estimated 2-3 hours, but they took only an hour and 20 minutes, which was great. They even remembered to move my oil change reminder sticker to my new windshield. I called ahead of my appointment as well, and both the people that helped me on the phone, as well as the people in person were professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this location for quality glass work.

Safelite continued to work with me even when I kept messing up what I needed! At first, I put the wrong window so when the technician came, it didn't fit. They rescheduled no problem.

Then they came again and I ordered the wrong tint. I told them it's been two weeks and I'd love to have a window, but get it replaced with the correct tint when possible. Instead of charging me extra for putting in a new window they offered the replacement free of charge! Super kind of them putting the costumer first and I would highly recommend Safelite for their superior service.
