I tried to call a talk to someone and the automated system hangs up on you. 1 star for not being able to talk to the receptionist that is in the chair when I arrived. Looks like I'm going to Chips to save over $100 since they didn't warranty the new windshield that was installed 6 months ago

I'm terrible w/ names, but I assure you, at the Eastgate location, they are all very professional and I'd highly recommend Safelife

After installing a Non-Oem windshield by Pilkington in my 2022 Hyundai Tucson we noticed it was actually warped! The manager, Mark, assured me he would have Progressive approve an OEM Hyundai replacement at no cost and scheduled me to return in a week. I noticed on the way home the Pilkington glass was certainly not the same quality as an OEM made by Fuyao. Always try and get OEM, not OEE! The new glass was a perfect fit and quality. The technician, Jeremy was very professional. I didn't get the lady's name working the front desk, but she was super nice and let me use her phone because I had forgotten mine. It turned out to be a great experience.

Went to call for a quote but can’t get past the automated and don’t feel like using only online methods. Oh well somebody else got my bussiness

100% recommend. Attentive and knowledgeable receptionist really cares about the customers and making sure they know what to expect. The man who completed my windshield repair explained the process clearly and then completed the work better and quicker than expected.

I wish I could give them 0 stars I am still waiting to find out if they can get me in next Friday lol I guess it was raining so they couldn’t even go out and look at the windshield I left there drove back to west union Ohio and went to AC glass they had a new one in my truck in less then an hour. I don’t think I have ever had a business even act the way they did behind the desk totally unprofessional

Felt a little like bait and switch.
I'll explain.
Scheduled appointment to have chip repaired in windshield. Rather than tell me on the phone, they wait til you get there (after spending an hour drive and $20 in gas) to tell you it's not a guaranteed fix in that the chip could splinter across the windshield because of the amount of pressure they have to put on the glass during the repair process. Although they said if that happened they wouldn't charge the $141 for the repair, but they also wouldn't pay for a new windshield. So rather than spend $141 on a non-guarateed fix, I decided to save that money and if it splinters then just replace the windshield. Why pay money to "attempt" to fix a pea sized ding that may never splinter but could happen as a result of the attempted repair?

Answer: DON'T

I suspect they don't tell people that over the phone in hopes that when you're already there and they explain this to you, that you'll say "well I'm already here so just go ahead"
