Expensive.
I had a star in my windshield, smaller than a dime. $180 to "seal it" and declining all extras.
They were fast, in and out within 30 mins, they and explained everything well and gave options.

TERRIBLE. BE WARNED. DO NOT COME HERE. I came here 5 TIMES. Each time they claimed it was a different issue. Spent $1100 here and they OFFERED $60 dollar refund for the issues that THEY CAUSED. Guy that was working the desk tried to say that I CAUSED the issue but really it was due to the technician failure to install the windshield correctly.

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone too. Literally impossible.

I would strongly recommend not using Safelite.
COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Go to the car dealership. They know the car. They know how to install windshield.

Couldn’t get someone on the phone to answer a question so I canceled on them twice. I was hopeful that would prompt a call back but nothing. Found a small shop that did a fine job at a substantially lower price.

Went there two different times, the reception had given us a time to come on Saturday and then took it upon herself to change our time. They were rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Instead of fixing their mistake they wanted us to come back again for a third time. No thanks. We will happily go somewhere else. Save your money and time book and go somewhere else!

I stopped by the Fairfield Safelite to see if they could help with service I got over a year ago. They were more than happy to fix the issue immediately! I will always use them!

The absolute worst. They are impossible to get a hold of over the phone and don't care about using the right tools for the job. The techs aren't trained enough and overworked. Buyer beware. Even though they are "recommended" by many insurance (who actually pays Safelite to process their glass only claims for them), the quality of their competitor is much better and being able to interact with a real person is worth its weight in gold. Plus the competition I used was able to do my ADAS recalibration mobile which Safelite couldn't do. Best part? The competition was a PREFERRED provider by my insurance - just Safelite doesn't want you to know that. Shady business and poor craftsmanship. Even got a warranty that covers free rock chip repairs on my new windshield. Shape up Safelite and grow an ethical backbone.

Mobile Technician Trent came out to my home to replace the windshield in my 2004 Dodge Caravan. He did a tremendous job, I was very pleased with how everything turned out. He took great care of my car and left everything very clean and nice. I would definitely recommend and use Trent and Safelite for future repairs.

Noticed on a Saturday my windshield was cracking and we needed the vehicle for an upcoming trip. Luckily they had a same day cancellation. I was in and out quickly, everyone was friendly and professional, price matched what I was quoted over phone. Thank you so much!

Great experience here, I was able to drop my car off with them 2 days early before my appointment due to not being able to get it there the day of, and they were very accommodating. Even pulling my car inside in the evenings. Very helpful staff & great work with my windshield replacement & calibration.

I needed a rear sliding window replaced quickly. Safeliite fortunately had the glass in stock for my 20 yr old truck. Appointment was made online for the replacement to be made at their facility; process was simple. The technician communicated professionally and was very descriptive about the process. I was very happy and satisfied with the service. Definitely would recommend.

Scheduled an 8AM appointment. After driving 45 minutes the lady at the desk casualy told me that they didn't contact my insurance company, so my total for the replacement would be $2400.00, and that I could file a claim with my insurance company. I said no thanks and selected their competitor.

I brought in a 23 Freightliner Cascadia at the request of my company to come here. I showed up way before they opened. Never bothered me once they did open, I checked in at 10: 00, they told me to pull around back so I did, and the service tech had my windshield replaced before I even woke back up at 1500 when my appointment was scheduled. Great service all around, and great people!

OMGoodness! The lady at the front desk was fabulous! She is attentive, knowledgeable, concerned, a sweetheart, professional, and personable; I just all around liked her. She helped me with insurance info and got me scheduled the next day.

My technician: the very same. He was so nice and made me feel like my little brother took good care of me. He explained what he did and made sure I had follow-up information. My window was replaced in half the time I was prepared to wait for. And you couldn't tell as they replaced all of my stickers. He did a great job replacing my windshield!

I would recommend Safelite-Fairfield to anyone needing window work. I am a very well pleased, satisfied customer!

I had two chirps on my windshield, and Geico, the insurance company, recommended safelite to fix them. Safelite came in Oct 2022 and fixed the chirps, however, the technician caused a crack on the windshield near one of the chirps. The crack was a few inches long, and he told me that it was due to the pressure of the machine he used to fix the chirp. He also told me that it happens sometimes during the repair process and I shouldn't have to worry about it because it's not a safety concern. Two months later, the crack grew to over 2 feet. I called Safelite auto, they wouldn't do anything about it. I then called Geico, and Geico called Safelite to make them send someone to my home to take a look at it. It's another technician, and he told me that 4 out of 10 times, the windshield would crack while fixing the chirp. So basically he was saying what has happened to my windshield is perfectly normal, and I would just need to replace it.

I have chirps fixed several times in the past and never had issues like this. I also don't believe the probability of damaging the windshield is so high (4 out of 10). Safelite should have some sort of insurance to cover the damage they might make to the customer's windshield. They did refund $120 to Geico for the failed repair, but I had no choice but to spend several hundred dollars to replace the windshield. I don't think I will use Safelite ever again.

It's a great service if you have all the money available for a full replacement and they do a great job at that. I went being behind like on bills so on hoping just for a quick fix so my windshield don't keep spreading to the point of being in drivable cause I'm trying to save for the full fix and there was no help or care. So if you got the cash there amazing if not your out of luck and don't waste your time

We left the vehicle there for the day. They accomplished the work ahead of schedule and the intake was seamless.
