11Sad nobody will answer the phone since they use an automated answering service. It's poor business communication, but the last time I used them they put my window hatch in backwards so I guess I'm not surprised.
We just had our chip replaced on our windshield and our wipers done they were very friendly and super nice people very good

Took some time to get the OEM PART in for my 2014 Model S Tesla P85d BUT THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB I DIDNT HAVE TO DRIVE HOURS OUT OF MY WAY AND I KNOW THE JOB WAS TUFF but they did GREAT!
Updated review not only does the rearview mirror not work anymore as described below but my windsheild washer fluid no longer sprays i have included some pics of missing screws and broken tabs DON'T USE SAFELITE! Replaced my front windshield on Mercedes E350 the next day I noticed the compass on the rearview mirror no longer worked and contacted them immediately. It had been working for 6 years previous to that day, They sent someone out who told me it was nothing they did. That I could bring it to the Mercedes dealer get it fixed and if they determined it was Safelite's fault they would reimburse me. Hmmm how does the dealer know it was Safelite's fault? I will never see that money. I recommend you go with a company that takes responsibility for their actions. I had to show our technician how to replace the windshield wipers on my car and he is supposed to know how to take the windshield out and replace with no issues.
They did a great job! We've had several vehicles there over the last few months! I love the communication they deliver! If anyone needs any windshield replaced they're the place to go!
Impossible to talk to a human on the phone. The robot on the phone line is a clown and bad at its job.
We had an appointment between 8-5 PM on a Saturday. It’s 5 PM and our tech still isn’t here.no apology from customer service lady. No real answers. If the tech comes and does a good job, I’ll change my review.
The tech came at 5: 30. Not his fault when safelite gives him too many jobs in a day far away from each other. Because of the tech I’ll give 3 stars. Do better with communication, scheduling and apologies. Ridiculous to have a 9 hour window with no idea on time.
I hate automated calling. I needed help replacing a window and got literally nowhere. I don't have an honest opinion on their work.
Had a windshield replaced at Pam transport the other day someone does not know what there doing cause I noticed today that my windshield is about ready to come off was not sealed properly or didn’t seal it at all I had to tape it down to hold it in place
I'm giving it a 4/5 because I could've kept my windshield wipers and saved myself something. Otherwise the service was great, very good hardworking men.
