Rude behavior on the call.initially telling they are selling Hukka flavors after asking to check couple of flavors they are having or not.they are telling we do not sell hukka flavor.lazy and rude staff

Great place and excellent service, hookah flavors and mixes are great, and prep is professional. Alot of food and drink choices as well

Very slow service and poor customer service.i witnessed the employees cater to certain people. The guests beside me waited 30 min for their hookah after placing their order. While also witnessing a group of people receive their hookah promptly after ordering. Horrible service and terrible customer service.

I usually don’t leave reviews but their service was completely dissatisfying. They charged my friend for water that she brought herself and said she was lying, they greeted and paid attention to only people who looked like them and catered to whomever they wanted and not the entire place. Definitely not coming back

Exotic pleasant friendly place. Traditional Egyptian oversized furniture with lots of brocade pillows. Excellent service, friendly staff.

Hands down, the best hookah bar in Columbus. Starbuzz shisha, fruit bowls and quality Mamoon hookahs. Great atmosphere, music & staff.

They limit hookah to two people. I think due to limited seating. It is a great location the food/smoothies are great and the relatively new outdoor sheltered area really takes it to the next level. This is probably the best atmosphere hookah place in Columbus

Mahamoud and Omar has the worst customer service. They don’t know how to communicate with their customers. They treat Somali people horribly and make fun of them in their language. I’m from out of town and I keep seeing them behave this way when I come to Sahara. Also they delay on changing the coals no thank you

I'm a truck driver from Houston Texas and stopped by to check this place out. I can say the hookah, service, and atmosphere is awesome. Definitely will come back when I come through Columbus.

Ok, well.the waiter thought he was doing a routine at the comedy club or something. Every time i ordered something he kept making this joke about Dora the Explorer. What!? That's offensive to me. I took a 23 and Me heritage test and I'm 3% of Latin origin. I guess that's a common theme these days, white people making fun of minorities. The joke was I tried swiping my credit card and he said no swiping, use chip. And he didn't even crack a smile about it, like it wasn't a joke.creepy.
