I was referred to Sakhone by my wife. She helped us sell our old home and buy a new home. In the beginning I had doubts because I had never heard anything about her. After talking with her over the phone for the first time, I felt a lot better about everything. She gave me a step by step plan on what I needed to do and who I needed to contact to get everything going.

She was able to sell our house for asking price without it even going to market. That is how awesome she was. She helped with everything you could think of. Staging our home, giving us a list of what we needed to do to get the full value, and too many other things to list. She was very thorough with everything.

While closing on our old house, we were out and about looking at other houses to buy. (Add this in really quick, Sakhone works with one of the best loan officers I have ever met) After we closed on our old house, we had a few houses we were interested in. We were about to make an offer on one of the houses we liked and then she said she had found a handful of other places to go check out. If she would not have said that then we wouldn’t be living in the amazing home we live in now. We were in love with the house immediately. After a couple back and forth offers, we were able to bring down the asking price by $11,000 and the seller paid closing costs.

Sakhone was available at any time, very thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with anything that came up during the selling and buying process. I never had any doubts while working with her those few months. I plan on recommending her to anyone who is looking to buy and or sell a house. She will bust her butt for you.
