The only designer stores in town until you get to Columbus, Cincinnati or Troy/Pittsburgh/Chicago. They have a Dior Womens Boutique, a Prada Womens Boutique, A Gucci Boutique, as well as a Louis Vuitton Boutique for designer stores inside. They also have mini areas dedicated to different designers for example, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Balenciaga, Valentino, Celine, MCM, etc. And while these mini areas were not full stores they had lots of options to choose from. The only main designer I could think of that they didnt have was Fendi but that's about it. As for other boutiques there was a Jo Malone and Chanel Makeup Boutique inside. So in general there was lots to choose from, however there is alot of security in various places which does make the atmosphere a little tense in a way. Otherwise most of the staff unrelated to the boutiques were extremely helpful and courteous even though I had no intentions to purchase anything. Be aware to get there earlier than we did however as right now for most of the boutiques only 1-2 customers can be inside them for COVID reasons and as such there can and probably will be waiting lists for them especially Louis Vuitton and Gucci, Dior and Prada I could just go inside there was no line. As for the rest of the store the mens clothing area was okay in my opinion, it was pretty small compared to say the chicago store but it still had some great brands, just not full high designer clothing. As for womens there were much more options but still not any high designer clothing I can remember, if you want that I suggest the saks in troy. Overall it was a good experience and if your looking for designer bags and shoes in particular there really isnt anything else that comes close to here In our area.

This is not the SAKs experience, no one around the shoe section to help you try on things. Literally the shoe associates chatting while customers waiting out front. A complete joke

I was looking for a new Gucci watch since mine finally bit the dust after 18 years. So I stopped in on 8/4/20 around 1: 15pm and was browsing the showcase and was not approached or greeted while I was there. I turn to walk away and observe two workers not 20 feet away on their phones texting away in the open. I suppose selling and customer service isn’t their forté. I’ll continue my hunt elsewhere.

AWSOME Place to buy high end unique Fashion. If you’ve seen it in a magazine they probably would have it. It’s my Go To

This review is nothing to do with this location specifically bu Saks’s 5th Avenue in general. Their customer service for a high end department store is awful lacking. The first time we bought a bag there in the store there was a pen mark on it and we asked for them to ship the same bag from another store. They shipped that bag from that store to our house with an obvious attempt to scrub the pen mark off. When we called the other bags were gone and it took an hour on the phone to make it right (either allow us to return or give us an additional $300 off of our purchase) but it took forever and they acted like they were doing us a favor.

The next purchase we made was on the website because they had a promo for $450 gift card if you purchased over $2000. My wife liked some items and added and added some others to get the gift card. Saks later cancelled one of the items (said it was out of stock 4 days after the order) which brought the total less than $2000 which per the promotion. My wife called and asked if it would affect the value of the $450 gift card that we received at that the time the rest of the items arrived (the card had $450 written on it as did our receipt). The representative confirmed the value of the gift card would remain unchanged (she might have returned a few of the other items if it was).

A month later when we were ready to use the gift card the value was coming up as $150 instead of $450. We called customer service and asked what they issue was and they said it was because the last order was less than $2000 and that was despite the fact that they had cancelled a portion of our order (we didn’t) after it was placed and had a representative confirm at that time the gift card value would not be changed back to the $450 (it was escalated to the highest level at that time). They have since refused to adjust the value despite a formal complaint to the BBB. Clearly they don’t care about their customers if they can’t make a customer whole after they mess up.

Saks 5th seems to be a “high end” department store in price only. We will never shop in any of their stores or online with them ever again.

Its racist at women’s shoes place. If you come in with luxury handbag and dress up like a rich person they will treat you the different way. So sad. I wish they change the staff. Will never buy any stuff from them.

I went to the georgio Armani counter and I wanted to try put the foundations and concealers. The attendant was extremely rude. She treated me like I was below her. I asked her for a sample or a travel size, she proceeded to look at me and tell me that they don't sell travel size, but she'll give me a sample. Normally the attendant would come around the counter and match me. She stood behind the counter and display and would lean over. She gave me a random shade number that did not even remotely match. She did not explain the shade names and what undertones the foundations have. I was treated very poorly. Would not recommend.

The Gorgio Armani counter lady was rood. Didn't even come around to match me with concealer. I wish I could see her name tag.

I despise clerks who stalk and foist unwanted clothing at you in order to make their sale. I needed a specific gown. I was shopping designer styles. I couldn't concentrate because I was being offered everything but the gown I needed. I escaped, went to Nordstrom and found what I needed. Please, I respect commission based employees, just don't be so present. It was very stressful. I'll miss shopping at Saks. But I won't return.

I went to look for a dress and this is my first time shopping mainly in the dress department. I was assisted by a store associate named Becky. She was very kind and assisted me with my transaction. She was a very friendly person from start to finish. She helped me get into a fitting room and I was able to leave the store with something nice.

Since I recently started shopping here I have encountered very friendly and helpful staff. Jasmin has been so kind and helpful. She helps me find everything I’m looking for that Saks carries and she has shown me new designers that I am in love with their collections. My first time shopping she gave me a tour around and I met Norma in Chanel cosmetics.
They both assisted me in coordinating a skin care/makeup makeover for my mom’s birthday and my mom was so surprised. As she walked in the door she was greeted by the associates that also wished her a happy birthday. My mom was also able to find a birthday gift she loved with her new Chanel makeup. Thank you so much for taking the time out to make sure our shopping experience was enjoyable. I’ve never had such great treatment at a department store. This is my new favorite place to shop.

Go see Will in the men's department. He was incredible helpful in coordinating shirts and ties with three suits I already owned. He took the time to understand my style and made suggestions which gave me new ideas.

Wish i could give negative stars.are used to have a fabulous personal shopper there she was amazing and luckily she still offers private personal shopping services which I’ve heard is much more lucrative for her anyway. All the current employees here are only interested in talking on their cell phones or making fun of customers… Most of them can’t even pronounce the designer brand names which is absurd! My kindergarten daughter could probably do 10 times a better job than some of these imbeciles! And don’t even get me started on the management.it’s almost like someone was playing an april fools prank of “let’s put the worst possible candidates in the entire company in charge so they can run this store to the ground!

stick to neimans, directly from the designer boutiques, or I am most highly recommend hiring a certain past employee of the store that is very well-known in the Cleveland community and does do freelance personal shopping work now.

Literally though go anywhere but that store… Nordstrom you name it honestly you could probably get better fashion advice that at Kohl’s! Literally though go anywhere but that store… Nordstrom you name it honestly you could probably get better fashion advice that at Kohl’s

The sales people were really nice to me and my brother. Sadly, they didn't have the brand I wanted (John Elliot). They did have a new section of men's Stone Island Jackets which I thought were dope. They just got them a week ago so they only had the Spring/Summer 2019 styles. I will def be back later in the year for their winter jackets!
