The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our package was stolen and a customer service rep told us we would be refunded and when we called back the only thing someone could tell us was sorry. We spent 400 at the store and they told us we didn’t have a good enough transaction history to get store credit and offered us 60 dollars after spending a total of 10 hours on the phone with their service team. When I asked the customer service rep if she would take the offer she gave us she couldn’t even respond because she knew it was terrible.

Best store on the planet! I drive up from Cincinnati once a month and clean up! Great selection. Great deals. Great staff!

A used to be disappointment in products, displays and service.just another used to be brick and mortar which once was a pleasure to both shop and experience.

A large selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. I did find a skirt for fall weather at a good price. The merchandise could have been set up better. Had to walk the store to find what I was looking for. The shoe selection was outstanding! Fair customer service.

The store manager is absolutely the WORST! She doesn’t have an ounce of quality customer service! She doesn’t try to help with returns or exchanges (I bought a gift for my sisters birthday during a sale last month. She just opened it yesterday to find online sent Mens shoes) Before I could explain what happened the store manager literally threw my receipt at me and said it’s been past 30 days it cannot be returned. When I started to let he know what happened she started loudly being obnoxious and saying crazy things about the company. She then said “bye bye now”. The things people get away with nowadays are shocking.
Online was happy to return my item.
I will never shop the Columbus Off Saks store again. I regularly shop Saks fifth Avenue and have impeccable customer service.

Was treated so great! Willing to help me out when I was looking for items! Super friendly service, great smiling people! Enjoyed shopping there will return again in the future!

Expensive not very attentive staff gave the wrong donuts so had to go back. Would not visit or recommend

Great to have a store like this having those extreme brands at discounted all under one roof, for my wife, and to a large extend saves me lots of clueless shopping hours looking for a perfect Christmas present for her. Interestingly, there are some flashy merchandises, such as women shoe (singular, the other matching one ship to you separately) are priced very attractively, not for everyone, especially not for those spontaneous shoppers.

At least its an open store to shop in. Hit and miss inventory, and there may be something that you like and want, but not me today.

Extremely rude staffs and they are extremely unprofessional. There are so many retail stores in the neighborhood. Stay away then only they will learn the value of customers

Horrible section and suggested retail prices are very inflated. Better off looking through clearance racks at any big box store.

This used to be a nice store but gone downhill. Not much selection now.a lot of empty racks. Staff is pleasant.

I didn't think the mens selection was that great and they do not offer socks to try on shoes. I think that is just a clean certousy when it's summer and people may not be wearing socks. No staff around to ask questions about selection.

Really can't find a better place for discounted designer clothes and accessories. Bought my mother a Valentino purse here for Christmas 2020 for a fantastic deal. And where else can you find Burberry and Tom Ford sunglasses for under $200? Staff is always friendly and eager to help you find exactly what you need.

XX large this is not the place for you. I am a 2xl men's and very difficult to get size and shoes. Nice store, quality and staff

Worst customer service ever! Standing in line, the clerk has seen me, and is chatting and chatting with a customer. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Stay away!
