Beyond disappointed order a $17 sub and would of had more meat on if I would of went to subway never again completely BS only reason left one star is couldn’t go lower

5 subs with 2 being small ones and the sandwiches didn't have very much meat on them. Ridiculous. We won't be back. Pricing is outrageous for what you get. You should probably just close your doors

Ordered two subs, the ham and cheese was supposed to be cold and it heated and the pizza sub looked like the picture. First bad experience but it will be a long lasting one.

The best sub around, The giant is perfect for 2-3 people and taste so fresh. I drive 40 minutes just to get they're subs.

Never again, messed up the order and didn't even seem to care. If there was more roast beef I might have let it slide, things happen but this was ridiculous

She finally made the sandwich like I wanted it and it turned out. Only cooking or toasting the meat cheese and bread and then putting all the condiments and vegetables on after. This sandwich is even better. Try having it made that way and see if you don't agree.

First and and last time. Order wrong sandwich with barely anything in it & burnt. Horrible. And 2 sandwich's cost $31.00! AFTER she she gave herself a tip on my card!

The sub was built right when I ordered it. I brought it home for my Dad and Husband. They loved it. We'll be getting a bigger one for the super bowl.
Good friends of ours who grew up in Newell, WV told me about the place and said I should get the #9. They were right! The sub eater's in the family loved it! We will be going back soon.
I highly recommend this Sub Shop. The whole experience was outstanding!
