I consider myself very lucky to have gotten Salam as my realtor. I flew in from Los Angeles to look at a specific house. I called the listing office to view it, and luckily for me Salam was the agent who was available for a showing. I had every intention of shopping for a realtor, they are not all equal. We have been working together every since that was 2018. She went above and beyond on all fronts, found me an excellent investment property within a couple of weeks we were in escrow. She not only understands the market but goes out of her way to to make you understand that you are a priority. We are currently working on my next investment. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Just an update, we have closed escrow on 3 houses, during a very hot spring market. We had time restrictions because it was a 1031 exchange. It was an incredible amount of work on her part she never lets anyone down. I am now looking for my next property. You will be lucky if she takes you as a client.

I would recommend Salam to anyone trying to purchase a property. I purchased a 3-unit apartment building in a hot market and a hot location, and with her advice and negotiating skills, we were still able to reduce the list price by $25,000. Salam is very responsive and gets the job done. I can be very meticulous and insistent with negotiations, and Salam handled my requests promptly, advocated on my behalf, and ultimately got the results I wanted. Thanks Salam!
