We pulled in yesterday and was treated so well. The people in our spot weren’t moved yet, so they fed us while we waited. The facilities were fantastic and well cared for, and they even escorted us to our new place to show us exactly where to set up and even assisted with that.

We stopped here on a whim. What a great campground. Wonderful lake you can walk around or fish. BIG swimming pool, Giant slide, jumping pads, playground, mini golf etc.and they serve food! Not just pizza. Lunches, breakfasts on the weekend. Also big cinnamon rolls. And they deliver to your site. Staff A+. All in as a team. Friendly, professional and helpful. We decided to stay another day. WiFi and cable great.

Plenty to do there! Nice RV sites! Barb and her staff were friendly and very accommodating! I would highly recommend staying there! We go there every year and already booked to be there next year!

I’ve had my camper there for the summer for the past three years. This is a wonderful campground and people could not be nicer. They take care of you, just like your family. If I need my propane tank refilled, someone comes and picks it up, fills it, and re-connects it for me. When I need firewood, they bring a nice bundle right to me, and it was only five dollars.the little store they have is very nice and the other amenities are great for a single person and families alike. I already have a reservation for next summer!

The location was great but the internet was horrible. There was no urgency to get it fixed and did not work the entire time of our stay. Other than that everything else was great.

If my site wasn't up the hill AWAY from the campground I would've enjoyed my stay much better. When asked about moving I was told we're in a long term site, we stayed 3 weeks.

Pull thru & back in sites we're available each weekend, I checked so there were options. It felt like we were in an overflow parking lot with storage.

Pictures show my view, not how I like to camp & not KOA quality!

** Sad how the owner only replies to positive reviews **

We were lucky to snag a site for the weekend, it had been booked full all summer long. This was our second trip here, and we plan on being back

Pros:
-friendly helpful staff
-big pool with large deep end allowed us to teach our boys to dive and do flips. Lifeguards were present
-reasonably priced and yummy hot foods at the kitchen (we had mozz sticks, soft pretzel, and nachos). They deliver!
-good fishing! We caught panfish, crappie, bass, and catfish.
-the fishing pond has exceptionally clear water. We could easily see to the bottom across the entire pond
-lots of other activities: Gaga ball, basketball, mini golf, playground, crafts, games, inflatables, mega slide, disc golf, and the famous rocking rainbow train rides
-laid back atmosphere. Lots of families and kids having a great time.
-they keep adding new stuff almost every year

Cons:
-need more bathrooms/shower houses, and with AC
-they allowed quite a bit of horseplay in the pool. I'm okay with letting kids be kids, but felt like we had to be watching for our kids safety at times when the teens were wrestling on the inflatable.
-the playground and mini golf are small, geared for little kids, like 8 and under
-wifi was REALLY sketchy all weekend, which is annoying when you have to work from the camper. They were very helpful in trying to accommodate, resetting servers and giving different options. Offered to hard wire a modem if we couldn't resolve it. This started off as a "con, " but ended up highlighting their customer service

We stayed the weekend in one of the 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottages. The inside was very nice & clean and the AC worked well. The cottage comes with linens & towels. The kitchen has all basic necessities pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils etc. There is stuff to keep the kids entertained (pool, slide, mini golf etc) and the store has pizza/wings delivery which is a really nice bonus.
Overall we enjoyed our stay even though it was a bit rainy. The few things I would say were sort of negative are the headboards in the cottage weren't connected to the bed frame so they could just fall over. The coffee maker was a regular one it would be good if there was a Keurig (personal preference not really a negative) and if you like tent camping there is only five sites (but they are wooded which is good).
Also, there are tons of pincher bugs that get in the cottage (but it's to be expected in the woods) and there are religious pamphlets everywhere which I don't really think is appropriate. Lastly the prices are pretty high here. We'd stay here again the positives definitely outweigh the negatives for sure.

Barb is a bit of a thief so get your rates up front and watch your accounts. Not that it will help. Ask for the weekly rate if you are staying for longer periods.

Otherwise very nice, clean, quiet, good for kids, cabins are cute, staff is excellent. A hidden gem but I won't be back.

Only got taken for a little over $275 in almost a month so not a complete horror story. Got back $150 on the CC for an obvious double charge at least. If you've got a dog watch that $25 fee like a hawk, It should be once per stay not whenever "the computer" feels like it. I don't do the irate customer. I just ask for an explanation watch the math gymnastics and revisionist rates. Then, I warn others.

We absolutely love it here! They just added a new splash pad & inflatable water slides & a bounce house! I kinda don’t want to tell anyone how great it is bc it’s never too crowded when we’ve gone

It was out of the way, but it was a fun place to go glamping at. Space in cabin bedroom was small. Internet was sketchy

Tent camped here for one evening on my motorcycle on the way to Laconia, NH. The employees were very nice and helpful. I was escorted to my camp pad so that I wouldn't have to drive around to find it. The tent pad was well covered by row planted mature pines and has a clearly marked pad. There was an electrical outlet as well as a solar light. There is a small pond with rentalble paddle boats and i think they do cath and release fishing there too. Lots of interesting stuff for the kids. The real reason for 3 stars is that like most KOAs, the tent campers are an afterthought to the more lucrative R. V.campers. My campsite was very close to an extended stay r.v. Their dog didn't like me parking my loud bike in his front yard (who could blame him) so they had to tether him. It's that close. Close to 8: 30pm, I was treated to a group of kids joyriding their golf cart jamming some ac/DC. No harm no foul. It seems like a cool place if you have the time. All in all, very nice location, polite staff, plenty to do and it was quiet outside of the 10 minute rock show I got! Just wish they wouldn't put tent campers in the r.v. S backyards.

If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, family friendly, kid happy place to camp, look no further! The facilities are spotless, the sites are clean and flat, and there’s always something to do on the weekends. You won’t find friendlier staff anywhere, which is why this has become our go-to getaway. They also have tent sites, cabins for rent, and cool new yurts. The fishing lake is great for kids, the fish flock to hot dog pieces!
