Staff was nice and informative! Place is clean and has a good selection. My girlfriend loves this place

I went into this location and I was racially profiled. The lady asked me if I needed help when i came into the store. I replied no I'm just looking. I went to look at the lashes and i look up she next to me looking at products. When i came into the store she was at the register. I proceeded to the hair care product and i look down the aisle there she is again. Another associate approached me and asked if i needed help. She did ask the white couple who came in the door before me. Several people in the store of a different race were in the store and they were able to shop without being profiled and stalked. I walked to the last aile and i waited to see if she would come and sure enough she came to the last aisle i was in. I will be calling corporate.

I have only experienced kind and caring hello from this store's associates. I'm glad they're in my neighborhood! I imagine it's hard to find people like this these days!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I was in here one time to return a blade my fiance never opened or used and had the receipt, there is a sign hanging on the back wall behind the registers that literally says love it or return it money back guaranteed, however when he went to return it the first employee was extremely rude stating all sales are final, my fiance had a receipt that had a note on it saying that the cashier took a picture of the blade because there was water inside the blade and if it rusted or he didn't want it it could be return and the cashier SIGNED it. My fiance asked the employee to look at the receipt, she didn't and proceeded to give it to the manager, the manager returns to the counter saying she can't do the return my fiance states again to the manager READ THE RECEIPT, FINALLY after she reads the receipt she processes the return, and for the future if it truly is ALL SALES ARE FINAL, TAKE DOWN THE SIGN FROM BEHIND THE REGISTERS! The customer service here was so bad ill NEVER go back

Very helpful staff who found one product I was looking for, and recommended another product to match my need for another item they didn't have.
Covid-19 protocols being followed, and I felt comfortable.

Sometimes the staff is pretty rude and you can clearly tell they hate their job. But hey, I understand, I hate my job too! It's hard to hide sometimes. Other than that, always clean and well stocked.

The three Sally's I have been to all have courteous, friendly and the most helpful staff at a store I have ever encountered. Kudos to corporate and higher ups that hire these people. I hope your company treats its employees as well as they treat their customers. I've visited Parma (Ridgewood Dr.) Brooklyn (Ridgepark Square) and Cleveland (Steeleyard).
