Sally Beauty, Cleveland OH

Employees are rude. Couldn't help a customer on crutches. Refused to bag my items, i had a $70 purchase and cannot walk. I will go to a different part of town where people aren't mad ratchet and volatile for no reason. Noses buried in their phones. Nasty.

My daughter and I walked in and we were immediately approached by a sales associate who was in my opinion the BEST employee of Sally's ever. Thank you Tracey (lol oh yes even her name was awesome).

Valentina was so helpful I appreciate it during this trying time. I would recommend sally beauty on Lorain Ave. Trust me Valentina will be there to assist. A+ for Valentina

The manger.black older woman is a bi&ch! I don’t know how or why this company would allow somebody like her to manage their business. She is the absolute worst, and I will never step foot in a Sally’s store because of her. Rude & unprofessional.

This Location has the worst customer service the ladies are rude seem to by uneducated. Makes you wonder if they were hired to the welfare department in order to get food stamps.

Stopped by to get hair dye. I had the name and number of the color I had used previously but I needed a color that was one shade darker. When I asked the associate at the counter for help she was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Quick checkout and reasonably priced.

Very rude customer service the manager is unprofessional would not recommend spending your money here.

I came to this particular store I was out shopping a ran into it I didn't even know it was here in where it was but I went in and I had a clerk help me find flat irons for my granddaughter's Christmas gift they couldn't put them in layaway or hold them so I told her that I would be back and when I did come back they were I was able to get the better better size and also I was able to get it for 50% off so and they have a whole line of stuff hair products for my granddaughter's hair I was very pleased. I will return
