The worst Sally’s I’ve ever been to was literally waiting for someone to come from the back for 5 mins for some help when I got help the girl stood behind counter on her phone I asked for her help again and she got an attitude and rolled her eyes so I left my stuff where it was and left if I could give less stars I would

I can't find my receipt and just wanted to exchange my hair color for a different bottle since it was never used. They won't even exchange anything. Or return. The workers have poor attitudes and very unhelpful.

Went in a few days ago two employees were working black and blonde hair were super rude overhead them making fun of other customers makeup, cloths, and body weight. Girl with black hair kept rolling her eyes at me when I asked for help. Terrible snarky remarks giving me dirty looks. They were both just on their phones most of the time. Acted like they couldn’t care less about helping me whatsoever. Really upsetting honestly.

Not greeted when entering. Listened to employees make fun of other customers after their departure. When in looking for a specific item, and didn't find it but employee acted like it was an inconvenience to help. Also, being treated like I should not have shopped there because I didn't come in dressed to the 9s. Do better

I placed an online order and on the 3rd day of my pickup time frame they had returned it to the shelf. Which is fine. No big deal, just buy another one. My husband, who picked up my order for me, said that he waited almost 20 minutes for the associate to figure out how to cancel the product out and ring up a new sale. He said the employee was very rude and didn't seem to be in any hurry at all. I called the store before my husband got there and the girl on the phone just acted like I was really dumb when I wanted to make sure my husband could pick up my order. I'll know longer be coming in until the staffing has improved.

Went to the store needing help to get blonde & pink out of my hair & emily was WONDERFUL.i had no clue how to fix my hair and she was so sweet & really helped me out!

Usually never have what you need. And what to sell perms that are not professional ones. That’s the craziest I ever heard. When we are professional hair stylists.
