Sally Beauty, Toledo OH

Tried to go in 5 minutes before close, employee had the door locked.knew exactly what I needed and would've been out in less than 5 anyway.literally ridiculous.

Not open when the hours say they are, says they close at 8 yet the doors are closed at 7? Update your hours or get new employees.

I had to go in for one quick item at 6: 51. The website says they.close at 8pm but their door said 7pm either way it was locked up no lights on. Is this a business or an ugly nuisance? I went there two days ago and the shelves were completely empty for nails I had a question for the clerk but she knew nothing. Wow way to go management!

Kim N is excellent! She took care of a very difficult customer in front of me today and did so with such kindness! It was so nice of her how she tried to make the customer happy, but a shame people aren’t appreciative of people working during this time. I am a nurse and can appreciate it! Thank yo Kim! You helped me too find the 20 volume too that I was looking for when I picked up my order:) You are awesome!

Been waiting outside while the store is locked the girl is looking at us outside and doesn’t say anything store is supposedly to open @11 am on Sundays and at 11: 02 am was when she went inside as she looks at the customers standings outside she doesn’t say anything @11: 14 I knocked on the door to ask why was she ignoring us and if she will open the store she said she is not from this store and nothing is working so we were standing outside over 20 minutes she could have say something am pretty disappointed on this location!

If i could rate this 0 stars i would! This store is terrible. I was in yesterday and i tried to use a gift card and it wouldnt work and this boy started to scream and cus at me i will never come here agian. This store needs to be shut down.

Alonna was AMAZING! Super kind and helpful to get my hair back where it needed to be. Store is well stocked, clean, and easily navigated to find just what you are looking for. And when in doubt, ask Alonna or one of the other fine employees.

Bailey was very cool and gave great customer service, guided us to everything we needed to avoid a bad bleach job. 10/10 would recommend.

I use to love the miracle Mile location. Untill they got this NEW manager. I have tried 3 time's in the pass and again today. But I just can't shop at this Sally.either this lady is just lazy and rude or she needs to find a job that she is better at.cause working with the "public! " Isn't her best quality.

I tried to go in there today. I just had open heart surgery and cannot wear a mask due to other medical reasons hence my card.they refused to let me in meanwhile I was there twice last week without a mask! And there was another customer in the store without a mask as they were telling me I needed one! They pick and choose who they want to follow rules!

Store was super under stocked, and lady at register with purple hair was very rude and unpleasant. Apparently helping anyone was such an in inconvenience to her.

Always plenty of product available and a good selection of colors for my hair. Prices aren't bad either!
