Went in the other day and the young lady with dark hair and blonde was very helpful. She helped me find the perfect product for my hair and informed me on what brands are the best. Will be coming back again.

I went in today to purchase some hair dye to touch up my roots - and decided I needed to bleach some parts of my hair. A very kind employee named Jess was able to help me figure out the type of bleaching I needed to do to be able to reach the color I wanted, and helped me find the bleach that would lighten my hair the most efficiently while keeping my hair’s integrity. She also helped with measurements and answered any question I had! Thank you Jess for the wonderful experience!

The assistant manager Corey was extremely helpful and made sure I got the products I was looking for quickly. I usually don't frequent Sally's but his customer service will change that!
