Only reason why I go there is for the products, everything else has gone downhill so badly.

Ordered on line. Because the store has hardly anything you need. Some how my order got changed sent the wrong stuff. So I had to go back to the store. Oh and they magically had what I needed. The people working in the Medina store need to find some people skills.
