Current store staff is not educated in cosmetology. The girls there are not aware that every brand does not require developer for applying the dye. This can lead to a customer mixing products wrong, buying the wrong products, etc.

Excellent employees it doesn't matter which location. An employee at the forest park location introduced me to a eyebrow pencil in the shade Brunette that is now my only eyebrow pencil I use and I buy 3 or 4 at a time it was the perfect shade.

Employees are not trained to know their products. Seems they never know right answers. Dumb. Know your products people.

Employees acknowledged me soon as I walked in. Was 2 lady's that helped me get the right colors i needed. I came in on Saturday 16th first time at Sally's and there will be plenty more.

The staff is nice, but don't go here if you have hard to color hair. I was very clear on the challenges I have faced with color, but I still ended up with orange hair after choosing a recommendation that would keep the orange at bay & should give me a nice warm blonde. The last 2 dye products I purchased by recommendation didn't work out for my hair.

Everyone here was great. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable of the products.
