Everything was very clean and attractive. I have heard not so good things from friends that have gone to other Salons. April always does a fabulous job on my hair. I just love her!

Olivia did an awesome job in giving me balayage. She took her time and was very careful to make it blend well and look natural. It was a great appointment and the end result was fantastic.

Hannah in Salon Loft 13 is a total delight. What a kind and genuine person. Love her. And, she does a great job with color and styling too!

I go to Hannah and she's the best. I've followed her from her old salon to here. I'm very picky about my hair, as all people are, and she's a true artist. I've referred friends and family to her as well.

Do they not answer the phone here? !? !? I've tried several times to make an appointment with Sandy but no one answers the phone. So disappointing

Alex in loft 3 Completely fried and messed up my hair. I had to call Valerie the manager who proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do, so ladies if you’re getting your hair done know that you’re not guaranteed your money back and there are no supervisors to make the hairstylist correct their work, Alex made a second appointment with me to fix what she did to my hair and she canceled on me once and then didn’t show up for the second appointment. I’ve never had anything happen so unprofessionally in my life. I’ll be contacting the corporate office. Make sure to get what you want 100% what you ask for before you pay. Otherwise you’re out $260 like I am.

I came here for a last minute cut and style through Kyin and I was fitted in right away. I was given quality service and felt very welcomed here. I highly suggest people to get in contact with this stylist.

I left Paula today feeling like a celebrity. Paula did an amazing job on my hair, followed everything that I had wanted. She gave me her insight when I asked since obviously I am not the expert, I wanted to ask her! I wanted balayage and some funky purple color, but subtle. It turned out perfect and it feels wonderful. She really knows what she is doing and cares so much! What an amazing person!

Gretchen was fantastic! She understood exactly what I wanted and gave me the haircut I've wanted for months. Definitely will be back!

Visited the Lofts today and got my haircut by Leah Tannous. What a great experience and fun conversation. Will be Visiting Leah regularly for my haircuts.
