Megan gave me the best massage ever! She loosened so many of my knots in my shoulders and back, and gave me great tips afterwards on how to keep them from getting so tight. She’s so professional!

Megan is an amazing LMT! She has options to help loosen those tight muscles and never fails to tailor her approach to meet individual needs of her clients!

I love my facials with Vai! They are so relaxing and she tailors them to meet what my skin needs at that time. I look years younger after I have one. I highly recommend Vai and the vitamin C facial.

I have been working with Jackie for almost 9 months now; she is always incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind, honest, and caring, and provides a beautiful and calming space in which to practice what she does best.helping her clients look their best both inside and out! I am absolutely furious. I don't know how long I have been coming to this Salon but it's been off and on for at least 7 years and I HAVE NEVER been charged an extra $20 for hair color because of the length of my hair. My hair is no longer than any other time I have been there. I only came in for a color with an unknown to me stylist before my hair cut because it was at least a month wait for a cut with my stylist and I needed a color. If I didn't love Ala and the way she does my hair I would absolutely go ANYWHERE else. $85 for just a single process color no blow dry nothing I left with sopping wet hair in 30 degree weather is absolutely criminal. First off the stylist took no more time than normal and had no more color than I have ever seen before and NEVER went and got more, so to charge me more is preposterous. I paid it and didn't make a scene as I know the people at the front desk have no control, but I will no longer consider this Salon for anything other than my hair cut and I will make sure I spread the word on every social media platform I can how I was ripped off today.

This is such a disappointment as I love your stylists, massage therapists and loved to have a facial here, but I will not tolerate being ripped off, by a company that I have been a good customer of for years so you can make $20. You have now lost more than $20 from me, given what I typically spend at your salon and spend to give to others to spend at your salon in a year it will amount to $100s if not $1000s and I will make sure everyone I know in Aurora is aware of your business practices, Word of mouth sells or not. I hope you reconsider your business practices before you lose more good customers and further tarnish your reputation.

Amanda is great, she listens to questions or thoughts I have on my hair style, gives me honest input, suggests other options if needed. I feel like I get totally professional and personalized service! The cost is high for my budget, but I keep going back because her service is excellent!

This salon was recommended to me when my previous hairdresser retired. Have had multiple appointments now and all positive experiences! It is quite a bit more expensive than my last salon, but the expertise and quality has been worth it.

I talked to Jen and told her what my concerns were with my hair and what type of cut I was interested in and she really listened. Not only did she give me a great haircut, she also gave me great tips on how to style my hair and I absolutely love how it turned out!

I received exceptional service at Salon Patrick. The makeup artist asked me very important questions about what I was looking for, what type of coverage I wanted, and what type of event I was attending/ what the expectations were for the event. She was very detail-oriented, and helped me choose excellent colors for the foundation, eyeshadow, highlight, blush, and lipstick. She put in so much effort, and did an excellent job. The artist who did my hair was also exceptional. Again, she took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted and what my expectations were. She did an excellent job using heat protectant, curling my hair, and styling it into an updo. She is very skilled at braiding, and the final result was very classy.
Both artists checked in with me throughout the process to make sure that I liked what they were doing/ to ask for input. Both artists are a pleasure to be around and are fun to talk to.
