7My family's go to for looking good. Salon Vivace helps us look our best. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
I took my daughter here for her Homecoming hair, and Jade was absolutely amazing!
Everyone commented on her gorgeous hair all evening.
And the staff were so friendly and nice while we were there! Asking my daughter questions, getting to know her, it was so special.
Highly recommend!
Maybe they'd be good but my wife never got to actually go. She had an appointment for a haircut and balayage that she was really looking forward to and they called us to cancel 40 minutes beforehand. I get it, sometimes things happen. But there was no apology or explanation. The receptionist actually put my wife on hold to talk to the stylist at one point when trying to reschedule so she was evidently at the salon and not dealing with a crisis.
Do not go for makeup! She glued my eyelashes and eyes together multiple times, only used one eyeshadow, did not give me what I asked for, was rough with application, fast and could really care less at the end of the day with how the makeup turned out/ did not have the personally to be doing it. I went to the car, took it all off and redid it myself and got tons of compliments.
The hairstylists were amazing and the hair turned out perfect that’s why I’ll give it two stars.
To reply to the owners question, yes it was the Mansfield one. Holly did the makeup and I was a bridesmaid.
I will not leave a bad review. But I will lave an honest review! Whem I originally scheduled, I was paired with a stylist (the stylist I was also going to choose)! I got a call the morning of my appt. Asking to come in a half hour early (I did, no problem)! I get there.sat for 10 mins before anyone greeted me to get told "somwthing popped up and the stylist I was scheduled with was not there! I was then asked to schedule with another stylist! I left!
I get my nails done here everyone is friendly and now they do the forever jewelry and I can’t wait to get my forever bracelet made here
