Just got my third car from Sam's. Never had any major issues with cars and if something went wrong, he was always reasonable with getting it fixed. I'd definitely recommend this dealership again.

I have been dealing with Sams Auto for some years now! My very first car I bought 2017, is still running around! They worked with me on my payments, very communicated when I had an issue! Even came and got my keys out when I locked them inside! Definitely reliable!

Sam is amazing guy he works me on my paymeants if anything goes wrong or have a problem with your car sam and his Mechanics will do there best to fix the issuse as soon as possible i tell friends and family about his cars and how amazing they are working with u and plan on staying with him just cus he is very honest

Hands down best place to get a RELIABLE used vehicle in Cleveland (NorthEast Ohio). As a former mechanic I’ve dealt with alot of used cars and car dealerships, and Sam not only takes pride in what he does, in making sure he’s putting u in something legit.
