Sam's Club, St Clairsville OH

I feel like a criminal everything I go in there. You have to be a member to get in and it doesn't matter if you use the scan and go, self checkout or regular checkout you get checked out again at the exit door. Might as well get rid of everything and have one checkout at the door.

Same problem as always two people working the checkout, 10 self checkouts I refuse to check out my own groceries when I have to pay regular price on my credit card where they still make a profit on the interest! I can't believe how cheap this monster corporation is because they have a great product they're just too cheap to pay people to work!

Long as you have the Sam's card your member ship can get whatever you want in large amounts.

Today on my visit to Sam's I was forced into a less than 4 foot space between checkouts to process my order because I choose to support employment for humans instead of self-chevkout. I was elbowed by another customer, my order was open for another customer to see and my credit card information was unable to be entered without having at least 4 sets of peering eyes on it. This is ridiculous. There is no way any 2 bigger people could check out at the same time and absolutely no way that a person with a wheelchair or scooter could fit through. Come on Sam's club. WHT are you trying to force those of us who choose full service checkout to feel so vulnerable and uncomfortable. You can do better than this and provide more customer confidence in their privacy.

When you go into Sams Club and walk by the At&t counter don't even give those guys the time of day. I spent an hour negotiating a contract with their sales rep. He emailed me the contact, then before I left the store told me he lowered my quote by $20. AWESOME! I told them I was going to talk to my current carrier (Verizon) and see what they could do. The manager at Verizon told me to go to At&t he couldn't come close to what At&t quoted me so we drove over to sams to get these phones we get there and then was told theh couldn't honor the contract they had already sent me even though if I would have signed it 2 days prior I would have already had said phones at said price-. I just thought it was very unprofessional At&t won't stand behind their quotes

Who in their right mind Mgr. Would condone a employee VEE to yell at myself a customer! This is totally beyond repromamding. She needs to be TERMINATED! LOOK AT YOUR CAMERAS!

Store is always clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rumor is they are putting in gas pumps and a bakery, I hope it's true!

First time up at st Clairsville sam's club, less crowded than our regular sam's and quick to shop and checkout.

I always have great service at Sam's, the employee's are always helpful when I have a question, the store is always clean when I've been in there.

I like Sam's Club. You can really get some great bargains there, but you have to be careful because not everything there is a true bargain.

I worked here and was honestly treated terribly. Not by all the higher ups but by most. Especially the club manager.

I’m your average worked and I won’t lie there were times I couldn’t make it to work or was late.
I think everyone has had that happen and I understand them being upset.

I also recall working 10hr shifts of me by myself on a job that typically requires three man crew 2 at least.
I got hurt at work and was dumb and young and didn’t know to file workers comp. That was my bad. I applied for medical leave with Dr evidence I shouldn’t be working. I was given that leave. Until a month later three days before Christmas I was told i was denied. This company is a joke and I’ve had many people around me be fire for many things. Hope this helps someone.

Great associates and exceptional customer service. I stopped by to sign up for the $8 membership, which also included a free membership for a friend! Signing up for The $8 membership deal expires on June 26,2022, but the $45 membership will also be available for purchase (both $8 and $45 membership last 1 year). The young lady who helped me was very understanding about my questions and she was very kind. It took a total of 3 minutes or less, to complete the process. I received a membership card. I was thrilled that I also received a receipt for my friend, who was unable to go with me. (In order for her to receive her personal Membership card), *at her convenience, she has to take the receipt which contains her name along with her I-D to any Sam's Club to complete the process.
