My boyfriend took me to Sam's Club and stocked me up with tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels. Part of my birthday gift. Prices compared to other places was great!

This is my neighborhood club and we visit about twice a week. I recommend having the Sam's Plus card which allows early access to beat the crowds. Also, a must have that every store should have is the Sam's mobile app.with the scan & go feature. When the store is over crowded on a weekend day, all I have to do is scan my items as I shop, pay with my pre-loaded pay method, and I beat the crowds and the long lines. The staff are usually pretty friendly, but like most places these days, it can be hard to find help when you need it. Overall, it's a great place to shop. Just be prepared to spend at least $100.per visit.

Had prescriptions to pick up. Pharmacist always friendly and a big help. Definitely recommend using the app for checkout!

It's was a bit crowded, but we found a lot of items we wanted. Overall, it was a good experience.

Terrible service from this server. We've waited 30mins in line. We ordered a church, which she could have just grab it from the shelf and give it to us. Instead, she made us wait for another 10mins whilst she work on other orders.

Using the Scan & Go on the app makes it so much easier when checking out. Definitely beats waiting in the long lines that's usually there.

The food is good the groceries are always stocked but here latly the Café has not had any food and is turning away long lines of people because they are not stocked properly for the day or week there has been 2 different times where they have not had enough food for their lines and dont make any more

It would be helpful if a sign was posted in the lobby regarding proof of a membership card required. The entrance gets botte necked and I've witnessed the employee at the door is verbally abused. Your consideration to this suggestion will be appreciated.

The staff is friendly, helpful and greets us with a smile, at the Hilliard location. Sample personnel are friendly as well.

There are times when there are not enough registers open during peak days and/or times. The pizza crust seems to have changed. It's has a doughy taste, not CRISPY, as before.

Bet one I’ve been to not bad usually pretty clean and not to packed when I go. Just difficulties finding any associate when you need help at the electronics and stuff don’t get bothered to much with the att and spectrum guys are there.

I prefer this location over others in Columbus. It's always very clean, well stocked, and the Wi-Fi works incredibly well to do the Scan & Go on the app. Everyone is friendly as well.

Do not have tires installed at this location. Not only did they not call me to notify the tires arrived at the store so I could make an installation appointment, they scraped and chipped paint off of all 4 of my rims during the install. The deal on tires is great but don't fall for it because you'll have to buy all new rims. Worst experience I've ever had at a Sam's Club in my entire life and definitely the worst experience at the tire shop.

I don't use the Sam's Club app and didn't have my card with me. Upon checking out an employee was right there on top of me saying I couldn't use a picture of my membership card to make a purchase. Now i will cancel my membership.

I Came in to grab some stuff from work on 5/4/23 and the AT&T guy was just rude and obnoxious he really needs to be put out for harassing customers. I didn't stop in here to sign up for At& T but to handle business for my company. At no time should this guy tell me if I have enough time to walk through the store then I have enough time to talk with him. After I told him he was rude he said he doesn't care he still get people to sign up! I I stopped a lady who said she was a team lead and would tell the manager, and that the guy was not the usual guy who is at the AT&T set up but I doubt anyone said anything. If Sam's is going to allow AT&T in to try and get new customer's, then they need to treat people with respect and respect those who says they dont have time or not interested. No one should be spoken to rudely all because they did not want to sign up for At&T! If this is what Sams club will allow then I may need to reconsider my membership if I have to worry about being harassed by outside vendors.

If not for how rude the woman at the service desk was, I’d give this 4 stars, but she completely ruined the experience. I went up there because the app for Scan and Go was not working, it showed an expired membership. She scanned my card and said it wasn’t expired, and it didn’t match. She said delete the app and wait a day. I then tried to explain again that I just downloaded the app and scanned the new card. I didn’t understand why the expired membership would be showing up (even showed her where it said “renew now”). She then rolled her eyes, and yelled she’d help the next person as soon as possible, trying to rush me. There were three other women at the service desk working and just me and that one other customer. I then asked if I needed to call someone since no one seemed to understand the app. She rolled her eyes again and just said the membership wasn’t expired and she was ready to help the next person. Super rude and unprofessional. Also WRONG!

You have to delete your WHOLE Sam’s account if it’s expired. She said to delete the APP, wait a day, and then download it again to link it to the new card and then I could use Scan and Go. I left, deleted my entire account, did not need to delete the APP and download it again as she had stated. After deleting my Sam’s account, simply scanned the (new) card again and this time it created a new account and linked me properly. Also, it offered Scan and Go IMMEDIATELY. If the woman had stopped and actually tried to be HELPFUL when I was clearly confused, she could have had the issue resolved in less than ten minutes. That would require her being competent and friendly, though.

My cashier and the lady scanning at the exit were both very friendly. However, I recommend against ever using the service desk and, unfortunately, they will likely be a big part of your experience.

I'm so sick and tired of entering the store only to find nobody is restocking the shopping cart. I'm also sick of the outside companys they allow to bug me while I'm trying to shop. I pay to shop here buy yet a get harassed evey time. "Hey can I talk to you for a minute" no I'm here to shop, go push carts and make yourself useful.

Went in this afternoon to grab a few items and this jerk working near the self checkout scoots me over and signs me out because I scanned my membership, using a picture that I screenshotted *in which I always use to get to it quicker than the app*. Then he proceeds to ask me, “whose membership is this? ! ”

Tall white guy for reference working around 5: 30 4/12….

Costco it is! Not a way to treat your customers yet alone a 8 month pregnant woman.

Great prices great employees they even help just carry some of our heavy stuff to the car and put it in for us I recommend this place
