Interesting club. They recently blocked almost 1/2 of the club merchandise. You can't shop that merchandise unless you want to get yelled at by the customers checking out at the registers. They are standing in line and social distancing. Wow this seems to be well thought out to distance customers during a pandemic. It looks good on paper and in theory. But I keep finding merchandise down these isles I give up on. There is no use in shopping these isles. Just order it online or shop other stores. Way to go upper management in Wallyville. This is an experiment by upper owners and management. Yikes. Save yourself some anxiety. Shop online.

Usually I love Sam’s I have no issue. However the last time we went I was with my mother in law. The total came out to 340 which is to be expected she bought some things for herself wanting to use her EBT she only gets one check a month on social security. We knew there was going to be an additional amount to pay and that was ok. When she went to slide her card there was a card reader error after multiple times sliding it, the scanner said ask for assistance. The cash register ladies were extremely rude saying we can let it in. Without any help we called for the manager she was friendly and at least tried to help. We ended up just paying for it because it still wouldn’t work. When we went to Walmart to see if it would slide there it must have been the card however it was able to be keyed in by us with some help from the workers. I do not know why sams would not even try to help. You let me down sams.

Crowded, good selection, crowded, had to wear a dust mask, prices kinda so so, crowded, had to park in outer edge of lot. Not recommended to visit on a Sunday.

Pretty good selection this trip minus no tissue or paper towels. Costco would never.lol but all and all they are pretty stocked with everything else.

They were in the mid process of resetting the store and a lot of things were not available.between that and supply-chain shortages not a overall very productive trip

The Miller Lane store is horrible. Constantly moving stuff. Dropping items they sell all together. Items not in stock for over a week. Told to call daily to see if it’s back in stock. The manager needs replaced. A bulk chain store should not run like this. I should be able to shop at the one five mins down the road. Yet I am forced to travel 30 minutes away.

Not a bad place to shop, but i don't think you save that much. Depends what you get. If you did save anything.you paid more anyway cause of the membership fee. They have some interesting stuff you may not find anywhere elase.

Place is very clean. Staff is helpful especially the guys back the meat counter. I highly recommend using The scan and go app on your phone to bypass the checkout lines.

I love this Sam's! I used my app today and it worked like a charm, thank God. This Sam's is quite busy especially on weekends.

Can't understand why they have only one person checking receipts at the door when the store is busy. Today there were 10 carts waiting in front of me to have their receipts checked and one person checking receipts. It took much longer getting out of the store then it did going through the self-checkout. Since they added more self-checkout and are no longer paying people to do that job, it seems like they could have been reassigned to work the door.

The new self checkout app is great. While standing in a long line I was able to scan everything and make my way out before the line ever moved. Will use it every time I go there.

Great store. Clean. Well stocked and friendly staff. We spend more here then Wal Mart. But we have 3 kids to feed.

Sam's club is a nice place if you have $200 to spend. The merchandise is all very good quality although customer service is lacking in enthusiasm. They make it seem like a burden to help you when it is their job. Very diverse selection and nice layout. I've noticed different things among the tried and true products to give people opportunity to be diverse. Overall I think Miller lane Sam's club is a good shopping experience.

So I guess they changed their policy and you have to remove everything from your cart including the heavy stuff. Big inconvenience especially since its a bulk store. Horrible change especially since it's not dictated to every customer, when I was checking out the couple next to picked and chose what they wanted to take out. Smh

Clean and friendly store. Even the customers usually seem friendly which shows they feel the same, I think. Great prices on some things like Sam's brand (Members Mark) toilet paper and trash bags. The pharmacy staff seem very willing to take time and answer any questions and, time permitting, just friendly banter. If I had any complaints, they are few but her goes. On occasion the produce items have been a bit less than fresh. Not always but more often than Aldi's and Kroger's. And on one occasion I called on my way to the garage and asked if I could come in now for an oil change. They said if I got there quickly they could get me in right away. I was there in less than 10 minutes and the entire garage staff was not available. I was told by other workers that they were on lunch break. I haven't let these few items tarnish my view of this store. They have a lot to offer. I was there just today picking up paper products, trash bags and a 50 lb bag of popcorn because that is the smallest they have: -D

I only shop during the early hours schedule for plus members because of my schedule and I love it.
They always have great deals and love the scan and go app so I never have to deal with lines.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH SAMS CLUB! I ordered a desk for my Dad for Christmas. After waiting an obnoxiously long time to get an update on my desk I had to reach out to them to get an update on my desk.they told me it was damaged and sent it back. Thanks for the update people! So they ordered me another one! And I kid you not the same thing happened, I had to reach out to them AGAIN to get an update and it was damaged AGAIN! So I said enough is enough and I cancelled my order. This was on December 17th it is now February and I still haven't received my money! We have called 3 times and they guaranteed me they would put my money in my account in 2-3 business days.i have tried waiting and being patient but seriously I still dont have my money back! This is a lawsuit just waiting to happen!

I wish I could give negative stars!
