If you're thinking about popping the question, don't buy a ring before you go to Sam's. Great staff and very high quality products. You won't get this quality in the mall or chain jewelry store. I will not buy jewelry anywhere else.

As taxes and cost of living skyrocket in the city of Akron you can pawn family jewels to pay for war in other countries and gender studies in local schools. Sam's is an Akron icon.

The only type of jewelry they are interested in is "high end" had a 14k ring with a tiny diamond I wanted to get rid of and was told "not interested"

The place was a lot better back when the old mad ran it, and they bought and sold firearms.

I took my grandmother’s Opal ring to Sam’s to see if they could change it into a necklace to me, while still preserving the style of the ring - they went above and beyond. Their customer service is absolutely amazing and they are more than willing to work with you to get exactly what you want. I will definitely be going here again!

Sam’s has the best design and repair service in the area, hands down. You will find exactly what you’re looking for at a fraction of the cost of the big box stores. It should be the first and last place you go for your jewelry needs.

I bought an engagement ring from another jewelery establishment and my step father told me to take it here to see if they could beat the price. Not only did they beat the price of the ring I had already purchased, but they upgraded the ring by quite a bit. The customer service here was amazing and I will be returning for any further jewelery purchases. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured or did they insult the quality of the already purchased ring. He said the ring I had was a nice one, but here is what he could do for me.
