Sam's Pizza Shop, Newton Falls OH

Use to be a family favorite.but it's went downhill fast. Looks very dirty inside. My food was undercooked and the cheese was barely melted. Not to mention when I paid, the girl who took my money just gave my change that were bills, but not my change (coins) and didn't say anything to me.
It's sad honestly, because the owners are great people. With a little TLC it could be great again!

Decent food, service could not get worse. Online pizza and chicken orders, they say ready in 45 min, get a text food is ready after 25 min, takes 10 min to drive there, they don't even know chicken was ordered. Always have to wait 20 minutes to get the chicken and then they give us 2 tiny ranch dips instead of the big one we ordered for $5. This is not once.it is every time. Glad my wife pays, they would never get a penny from me. Watch out for the death step out the side door. I wonder how many pizzas have lost their lives from people falling out of the building?

Haven't been there in years. Used to be really good so I gave them a shot. Its 20 minutes away. Got a 14 inch supreme. Looked good in the box. Got it home just to find it was only half cooked. I cant stand uncooked dough. Not returning.

My favorite since a little kid. Did change at one time for some reason, but now it's perfect.

I think it was great for a little local joint! The wings are as good as people say on the other reviews, spent maybe 50 bucks and got a load of food. Worth it if your staying in the area!

We got a pizza and chicken the chicken was so good had some left over had it for breakfast next day it was just as good will go back again

TRASH! I'm a small business supporter, but I spent $50 and refuse to even eat it. People were very friendly, but I bet prisoners get better food than this. The crust doesn't taste like fresh dough, tastes like frozen or store bought. The wings aren't breaded (I get that, that us more personal preference). But, I will never order here again. However, the pizza sauce was good and the wing sauce was standard. I honestly don't think it would be as bad, tolerable even if the pizza was inedible. The Jojos were different, but tasty. I did eat those. But, still.not ever going back.

Interesting pizza place, we were on the road and stopped here. The pizza was awesome, the people that worked there were really nice too. Nothing fancy just a good pizza place.

Sams has been my favorite my entire life. (I was born the same year they opened) I give them 5 stars on week days but on week ends they have a whole different crew and I will never get pizza there on the weekend again. We have got it multiple times on weekends forgetting it not the regular crew. The pizza has why why to much sauce, order extra mushrooms don't get extra. Chicken and Jojo's over cooked. No more for us on weekends.
No wheel chair asability. Well just bought chicken jojo's and pizza on a Monday. Never mind the weekend it was worse today. Ordered extra cheese and mushrooms got LESS, chicken wasn't the same either. Done with Sam's We'll find a different pizza shop from now on.

Best salads this side of the Mississippi!
Ok, never been past the Mississippi river BUT their salads are the best I've had. And they are HUGE! I can get one for dinner and make 3 meals out of it. Definitely recommended.

Best wings I've ever had! Their homemade ranch too! Still go out there to get wings and pizza even though it's a 45 minute one way drive now.

Best pizza and wings anywhere. It seems I have been getting pizza from Sam's most of my life and it has stayed awesome. Wish there was a Sam's closer to me, but it is worth the drive!

I got a Loaded Potato Pizza from here and unfortunately it didn’t have any sauce on it but it was still some of the best pizza I’ve had. I don’t know how they managed to make it that good after messing it up but I’m definitely going back for more.

This place is amazing! Perfectly cooked -thicker crust yet crunch on bottom. Very reasonably priced…Tons of cheese, right amount of sauce…. So so good! And cheesy breadsticks are awesome too! Highly recommend!

This little pizza place is a great find. The pizza is above pare, timely takeout, pleasant service. Definitely will go again and again.

We order here about 1 or 2 times a month. Nice place order times vary because they do get really busy. They have great chicken and jojo's we order this most times. Have a nice variety of foods. Good place.
