First off they put the wrong size back tires on my car
After I went back just to find out that they didn’t have my right size an was told to come the next day
Went back an still they don’t have my tires.
Was told I need to speak to the boss about getting my my money back
Went to another place got the right size but had to spend extra money I didn’t have
Now I’m riding around with tires that can’t fit my car in my trunk
An was basically told the boss shows up when ever.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend at all

Sold me a tire that won't keep air in it. And they don't give receipts. They don't deserve any stars.

Junk. Tell me they have my tires on the phone but when I show up they don't have but one. Waste of time.

Dont waste your time. Called looking for tires. Said he had them. Drove an hour to find out they did not have them and had sold me tired that were a different size after they had put them on already.

I would never go to any other tire shop in the world but Sam's tire always a good experience always polite always a good experience

Going to have this place shut down! All the trash that goes here drops their used tires all over my neighborhood. I'm done with Sam's tire. Plus it's against summit county to do the work outside.

I have very hard to find tires do I called around to several places and got prices for my dude tires. I called here and got a price for my size which was $40 but when I got there I was charged fit $50 for the tire. If you going to give a price then make sure it's tree correct price over that phone just not to waste people's time and gas

Listen this is my first experience with Sams and I must say everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I suggest is that you let people know that you are a cash only business. Great service

How can you conduct buisness when your phones dont even work people dont have time to waiste just to drive down there to mabye have the tire they need be more professional you want to make money fix your phone could have made a few hundred from me i need 12 tires for 3 vehicles your loss

Totally best place to go for a cheap quick fix. It was busy and had to wait an hour, but totally worth it.

These guys are awesome. I have a ford focus and according to other tire shops it's not a common size 195/60R15 but these guys had it in stock and for an affordable price I got 2 gently used tires and they fixed my valve stem leak. I have no complaints at all and every time I need a tire from now on this is where I will go. Thanks guys now I feel safe having my 3 yr old in the car with me!

They found me a couple of tires really fast asking for a military discount did so left with a couple of pretty decent used tires for the front of the car

These guy's helped me out when I needed it the most. They fixed another tire shop's problem:) plus they are cheap and quick.

I took my Range Rover Sport to have four BRAND NEW rims and tires to be mounted and balanced. There was ONE worker the entire time. After waiting two hours I was asked to leave all parts for assembly and a contact number which I agreed to. Before I left I the worker reassured that nothing would be damaged. 5 hours later I heard nothing from sams used tires so I went back. Not only was there no progress made but my rim had been damaged with no explanation. I will NEVER do business here again!
