They practice source of income discrimination. Definitely a red flag. Trying to cover up being abelist and racist all in all.

I have had nothing but good with Sandstone. When I moved into my apartment, there was no fridge it stove. I requested one and within a week Home Depot delivered me a brand new it of the box fridge and stove. No questions asked. They have been doing amazing improvements to the building I live in. I would like to give a special shout out to Jessica for making this happen.

Absolutely sad I try to call and file a complaint multiple times with my downstairs tenants being loud slamming doors and cars being in the driveway to people who do not live here as of recently my fiancé called to let you guys know that you’re downstairs tenants leaving alcohol cans on my flight of stairs, causing me to almost fall and break my neck and twist my ankle. Absolutely sad. This will be my last year with you guys. There is no reason why my fiancé is coming in and telling me that it seems like you guys do not care and that they are only getting a text.

Apparently it is okay for your downstairs neighbors to harass you about intermittent Wi-Fi just because you mentioned you work for AT&t. I am in no position to jeopardize my job I would tell sandstone about this but according to them and I quote as long as she pays her rent on time they don't care pathetic. She also broke the bottom back door handle

Horrible communication, I reached out many times and spoke to different people about trying to work out rent payment since I was only one month behind and recently lost employment. They still continue to reach out saying they never heard of me calling for help (even though I have proof) and threatens eviction through text messages. No one answers the desk when I try to reach out about the text though. It’s absolutely ridiculous! I’ve heard horrible stories but it takes experience to actually listen unfortunately. I hope they get their act together before I happily go to court with all of my proof. It took two weeks just to get my hot water back on! Imagine still threatening for rent with no hot water!

I been renting with Sandstone for 3yrs straight and I don't have complaints at all Jessica is very helpful and she keeps me posted on my maintenance request.

I want to say thank you Ms Connie for a wholesome welcoming especially when we need a lot of the professionalism, when it comes to the people in the world.

I just can't wait to be apart of being another great tenant everything is so simple with sandstone.

Do NOT rent from these people! They are the worst! They don’t fix anything! They blame the owner, and they give out your phone number to other people! If you are not desperate, even if you are, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Max is a coward, maintenance is a joke and they ALL gonna LEARN TODAY!

I moved into an apartment last month and everything has been going really well with sandstone. They’re very quick with maintenance requests and I had a Freon leak in my new fridge that came with the apartment and they came out the very next day. I’m really happy with them so far

Sandstone realty has been ignoring my maintenance request for months now. Im living with mold and they don't care. My pipes bursted on Christmas day of last year and we were forced to call the fire department because they don't have an emergency maintenance. So on holidays and weekends there's no one coming out to help you. They came by and put a temporary fix on the pipes left and never came back now months later my ceiling fell in and everything is still leaking and there's mold building up. I currently have two maintenance request put in now and they are ignoring me please don't go to sandstone save yourself the stress and the problems.
Mold/Mildew
Mold smell still building up in the house. I'm not gonna be able to stay til my move out date with this smell. It's not safe for my kids. I still gave you guys your rent money for July because I'm trying to do the right thing. We're been great tenants to you all and it hurts to be treated like animals like we don't work hard to provide a safe environment for our children. $895 and my house is filled with damages this isn't right now is it legal. Do better sandstone. Do better.

This may be a few years late but I had yellow jackets nest and they told me because it was during the winter they couldn't fix it until warmer weather. My daughter and I are got stung multiple times waiting for them to fix it. It took forever for them to fix situation.

They’re realtors are rude and so is the lady in the office. Their maintenance men have no clue what they are doing. I could go on and on was not a very good experience with them at all

My mom rents from you on tower and Jessica always helps her.especially because she’s elderly. My mom absolutely adores her.

Jessica has exceeded my expectations and made my experience with Sandstone as simple and professional as possible. She really went above and beyond! I couldn't be more pleased with her services!
