I needed to get a couple copies of a broken key made for a local business, and he was incredibly helpful, and very pleasant. He also allowed me to leave and check that the first copy worked before proceeding with the other new key. He said there was no use in wasting money on a second key if copying the broken key didn't work, and I truly appreciate that!
