Can never get ahold of him when you need to. They never call you back. You can leave as many messages as you want. Sometimes you can't even leave a message.
The staff does not seem to really care about their job. They don't
Come to the window and check when you get there. You have to wait 30 minutes before somebody checks. You have to sit in the doctor's room for 45 minutes before the doctor comes in, then they leave. 30 minutes later, come back and tell you you can go. It needs more structure.

I’ve been going here for 4 years the staff is an absolute mess. My appointment was at 10am I got there at 940am no one came to the front desk until 1037am. I wasn’t called back until 1045am to be seen at 1125am to be told again my symptoms were due to lupus without any tests done. The doctor and the intern left to come back in at 1156 and tell me I was good to go and needed to go for lab’s which I wasn’t given any lab paperwork. I’ve been to Sandy 4 times for my symptoms since May and the intern offered I see a specialist which I agree with but was told no so I’ll probably never figure out what my diagnosis really is but will be getting a new family doctor because also no one ever answers the phone.

My husband and I had one initially visit and had an over the phone appointment which we never received a call, we have been calling leaving messages and everything and can't get a hold of our so called family Doctor, which I need my meds I need really bad and can't get in touch with nor get a hold of our so called family doctor. If you need a food family doctor this is not the one for you. Dr. Sandy is very nice and polite but it's very hard to get an appointment to see her.

More often than not NOBODY ever answers the phone when I call. I’ve called about 30 times over the past two days and have left voicemails and still haven’t talked to anyone, VERY frustrating!

This is one Dr that will listen to everything you have to say, never will she make you feel rushed, she genuinely cares, and genuinely wants to help. Amazing experience.

Love Sandy Anderson! She’s been my NP for about 7 years and she’s always been wonderful to me, it isn’t just her job, it’s what she loves and it is very clear. She is a friend to many of her patients and truly does care about us!
