They arrived when they said they would. That's all that matters to me at this point. Never any spills or trash left behind.

My aunt and uncle paid 6 months in advance for our wedding present for the start of our service. We had received a bill after 3 months. Because there was a mix up with our previous trash service, my husband and I assumed our aunt and uncle only paid 3 months so we went ahead and paid the bill. Come to find out, they double dipped and collected 3 months of service twice! Also we sent in a check and they hadn't deposited it for almost 3 months. We kept calling and leaving messages, and they said "they received the check but it takes a while to deposit it a check. " 3 months later, our trash service gets canceled because they said we didnt pay, even though we sent in a check that they didn't deposit. Instead of calling us, they called my uncle to say we didnt pay even though the bill comes in our name and I have left messages with my address and phone number. I would rather go out of my way to dump trash somewhere else than deal with these people.
