Ordered from Sandys for my moms birthday. They call me the next morning wanting a fuel surcharge from the distance of the belpre shop to Waterford. Then turn around and have a different florest make and deliver my flowers from Beverly. How is this right? And the flowers are not what I ordered. Nothing like what I ordered.
I called from out of state last minute 3 days before CHRISTMAS for a small arrangement to be made and delivered to my sister. Sandy’s was accommodating, made be a gorgeous little arrangement and delivered the item same day! Great job both on arrangement and customer service!
