I called for an estimate, gave the best one around then charged me less than the quote. They also delivered in a timely manner

Friendly and got me to my vehicle in an okay time frame. A little more organization and the service would have been great but I had a good experience overall.

My truck was towed and at the time I had a man made trailer on the back. They separate the trailer from the car then make you pay 2 different fees! My truck was there less than 48 hours and they wanted $306 to get it out, plus another $306 for the trailer! They also wont give you your vehicle if the title isn't clean and completely in your name. My name was on the back of the title and it had been notarized, I was able to go get 45 day tags on it with no issue but that same title was not good enough to get my truck out or just to get my stuff out. I asked them if I brought the title and my license if I could at least come get some of my stuff out of my truck which included my husband's $300 phone he had JUST BOUGHT THAT DAY, a bunch of tools and some important paperwork but they refused. Overall, they definitely know how to get you for as much $$ as possible.

It doesn't cost $280 to tow a car to their four blocks from down the street. When it was legally parked in the first place.

I mean.how do you rate a place that took your car, and now you have to pay lots of $$$ to get it back? So I give them a 4 for technique the way they hooked it up effortlessly and then smiled and waived as they drove off?

They are money hungry towing company. They don't inform you of what you need to have with you when you go to pick up your vehicle. Make sure you have a title or registration with you

Told me they'd meet me at their salvage yard at 2. At 2: 15 no one has showed up and when I called the lady had an attitude and told me it was going to be another 20 minutes. Trash

This company is the lowest form of life on the planet. Misc charges til the moon. They are criminal in my opinion. NEVER use them! I would give negative stars if it would let me.

Items missing out my truck. Make sure you get everything out or take pictures to document. Completely unacceptable. Left a similar review for Copart in Moraine. People already having a tough time when involved in an accident. Then to find items missing just makes it worse. They have no right to to be ransacking people’s vehicles.

This towing business is above and beyond awesome. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The large fleet of towing, recovery and flatbeds trucks are as impressive as their drivers. They are there when you need them.

Sandy's arrived quickly and treated me with great courtesy and kindness after a long, chilly night trying to change the tire myself. They had the solutions and knew how to go the extra mile. Thanks to Steve and the Sandy's team.

Called to have RV towed. Wayne showed up quick and was very nice. Towed RV and boat back to our house. Very reasonable on price. Much cheaper than another quote.

Some of the people are friendly, my car was stolen and you have to pay a lot to get your car we all are in bad tes but they making the money

My car was stuck at the Speedway on Valley. Andy came out and took very good care of me. Polite and professional. Great company.

They charges my mother-in-law two days fees because of the time her car got towed, they weren't open for business yet. They charges her the previous day and the next day.

I came out of my house and was headed to pick up my new eyewear from the optometrist, when I noticed my car was leaning sure enough it was flat. They gave me a estimation of 60 minutes but Josh was there in like 20. He pulled my spare and the tread was raveling off, so he put the Original back on and filled it with air. He was very courteous and professional thank you Josh!
