Sandy's Towing, Dayton OH

I had the unfortunate experience of using Sandy's Towing recently, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

My encounter with this towing company left me utterly disappointed and frustrated with their complete lack of customer service skills. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone.
Dealing with a vehicle breakdown is stressful enough, but the towing company's staff showed no empathy towards my predicament. They were cold and distant, treating me like just another inconvenience rather than a paying customer in need of help.

Needed to have a towing sign made for my place of business. Called on Tuesday and was able to get it picked up in 2 days! Thank you so much. Your quick service is greatly appreciated!

DOT# 218779 Sandys towing Spoke to the tow company regarding unloading of a automobile lift, witching it off of our flatbed truck onto there rollback car tow-truck so they could put this on the ground. Was quoted $125 and advised to call 45 min ahead. We sent the truck from Alabama to Dayton with the understanding they would provide the unloading services the quoted and agreed to do per a viable recorded contract. Driver drove 800 miles to this delivery, we called 5 her prior making sure sandys could accomidat which the said was no problem, they just require a 45min notice. I Called 2hr prior making sure to keep good communication. Sandys now advises they need $600 and they don't want to unload today and that they can do it on Monday. This company is extreamy shady and poorly ran, they changed the rate once it was to late for us to find another option. We receive services like this daily through out the US for 100-200 everyday. ALL COMMUNICATION WAS RECORDED ON MY COMPANYS PHONE QND THE DISPATCHER SAID THEY DIDNT CARE WHAT WAS RATE WAS AGREED OPON WHEN WE AGREED TO HIRE THEM, THERE RATE IS NOW 6 TIMES THE AGREED AMOUT ABD I CAN TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT.

REPORT WILL BE SENT TO THE BBB and any and all other options available to protect other customers.

I was able to attend the Kettering block party here! All I have to say is I love Kettering! And fraze pavilion is just some icing on the cake! I live close enough to the place that I'm able to hear all the great concerts from my window!

Sandy’s towing is my go to road side service company out there. I have used them several times and they have always been kind, quick and helpful. This time we used them though I was notified while in Florida a bunch of vehicles was vandalized at a Columbus airport and mine being one of them. I made a phone call while in Florida and they had a tow truck there waiting for us to get us home safely. Thankful we was notified so we was not stranded for hours and they was able to help with having someone there when we landed to get home safely. Thank you again to the driver Mario and the Sandy’s towing team!

I got three tows from them over a course of two days all my tows were amazing. Professional and done in a timely manner. Superior service. Not quite sure of everyone's names but Mario was super cool and on point. Thanks Sandy's

This is the third tow I've had to get for the same vehicle, as upset as I am about having to get said tow I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with all aspects of Sandy's Towing. I live on the corner of a somewhat busy road and they were able to get it on the tow truck quickly both times and they showed up promptly all three times I was in need of a tow. Their customer service is spot on, they never make you feel rushed or as if your needs aren't important. Compassionate and professional. Thank you Sandy's Towing

Worst towing service ever! Waiting for more than 2 hours, I don’t know how many times I called them and received the answer “wait for 20 mins”. But they never came!

Wish I could remember the guys name that came out to help me unlock my car. But he was very friendly and professional. He seemed to love his job and had me laughing by the end of it all. Thank you so much! I will definitely call this company again if I ever need help.

Good fast service, but way overpriced way over priced by a long shot. If you can find someone locally, it'll be way cheaper, and we must support small businesses
