Sandy's Towing reviews
10Great company and very affordable and professional services and amazingly affordable and trustworthy
Fast, up front about charges and polite. Not what you'd expect from a towing company. Well done Sandy's!
Sandy's towing was awesome. Kurtis was our driver tonight. He really gave superior service. He was fast and very helpful. I would highly recommend him and sandy's towing every time.
Good experience last night after calling for a tow at 10pm. Truck arrived in 30 minutes and I was home by 11pm. No surprises, no damage, reasonable rate.
I guess they are alright that's where my van is because of someone not paying attention on the road.
Dispatch was a little rough, but i think that was mostly due to the communication with the autoclub, but the driver was very friendly.he made sure to wait for my husband to arrive before leaving so I had a warm dry place to wait. Very kind and personable and car made it to it's destination without issues
Steve was awesome. He towed me to my delivery waited for me to get unload and towed me to the shop. 20 yrs of professional driving that was the first time that has ever happened. But you gotta do what you gotta do. My customer was satisfied. Thanks again Steve.
Had my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee towed by this company a few months ago. My vehicle was in an open medium on I-75. There was no damage to my Jeep until they decided to winch my car out of the medium onto their truck. Mind you, my keys were in the possession of the tow truck driver, and my vehicle was 100% driveable. The driver hooked onto my left front wheel and proceeded to winch it up onto the truck. The winching caused damage to my drivers side control arm, strut, stabilizer bar and stabilizer end link. This cost me over $1,200 to repair. Also, I might add that I am in the automotive industry, have been for more than 15 years. I understand how things work, how parts go bad/don't work anymore/get ruined by negligence. The carelessness and recklessness of the way this company operated on that day is one thing. It caused unnecessary damage due to negligence and or ignorance. ON TOP OF THAT, I have tried calling, literally every single week since the incident to talk to the owner Doug, to try to come to some sort of resolution. (This happened in June. 4 months ago.) I HAVE BEEN PUT THROUGH TO VOICEMAIL EVERY SINGLE TIME WITH NO RETURN CALLS UNLESS I THREATENED WITH LEGAL ACTION. To this day, still no resolution. No calls. Nothing. I don't like to bad mouth anyone or any company, everyone makes mistakes, but this has gone too far. Hoping to hear something soon from Doug or anyone at Sandy's Towing.
They told me it will take them 1 hr to get my car, after waiting like 1 hr and 40 min i called them. While telling them this is not how you do business he told me he's not going to do business with me anymore lol. He said he has enough customers already. Well i wasted my time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I was pulled over on suspicion of DUI. While in the process they showed up picked up my truck in front of me. I blew for the officer and passed. I wasn't charged with anything and my truck was still towed. Still had to pay to get it out. Money racket 100%. I believe that they stole my truck at an officers discretion and extorted me for money.
