5Just started there so far the company has been good to me and training has been good but machine keeps breaking down lol but that happens any place you go
I have no idea what this place does, but everyone deserves love some time
Management makes a good show for the people, but then can't follow through with what they say, and on top of everything else face masks still required and it's unbearably hot during the summer months, it's a 8 hour shift but you get mandated for 12 sometimes 10 minutes before the end of your shift. If your a low on seniority you'll get stuck with it everytime
Management has went so far downhill there indecisiveness really starts to show when you get mandated 10 minutes before the shift for 12 hours
Worse place to work for. They are not about family and or safty they just want parts made and that's it
