My Journey started Oct 21,2023, my 2015 gl 450 Mercedes was hit and totaled out from the insurance company. I searched on line for a vehicle, I saw a very nice, clean and fairly priced vehicle. I call Sarchione Auto Gallery that is located in Canton, Ohio.by the way…. I live in Michigan. I spoke with Joe Huff, He assured me that delivery and out of state taxes would not be an issue. He stayed diligently and patiently with me through the entire Insurance process. Everything that was told to me about delivering and taxes was done. I have recieved my 2018 GLS 450 Mercedes in the best condition. I truly appreciate Joe Huff, you are truly an asset to Sarchione Auto Gallery.

From how easy the e-paperwork was handled, to having the car looking spotless and waiting for me to test drive, Truly a premium experience.

After the test drive Randy had me in and out of the showroom in just 20 minutes.

Which when driving a few hours each way because i wanted to test drive and see it all in person, was just all adding to pleasure of doing business.

It was So fast, that one almost wishes for Just a minute longer to gaze upon all the vehicles around me in that showroom.

I Did Search high and low in all the North East and beyond to find my premium automobile,

I normally don’t do reviews, but I read a lot before a purchase, esp before a big purchase. I felt the need to post this review. Joe Huff called me within a couple hours after I submitted an interest on a vehicle on Sarchiones website. He was the most knowledgeable and professional salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I’ve never bought a vehicle online without seeing in person, let alone testdriving. Joe sent me a detailed video of the vehicle, described his thoughts, and was quick and to the point with answers to my questions. He made my “blind” purchase an amazing experience. The vehicle was delivered on time and was transported in an enclosed trailer professionally (I like your style!) Not to mention, Joe had previously told me the tires were slightly noisy (winter tires) after he drove it, and surprised me and completely blew my mind by putting new set of tires for me. Joe Huff is above and beyond his competition. I highly recommend Sarchione Auto Galley. Will definitely be shopping with them again in the future. Joe makes car buying the way it should be!
