The car buying experience can be very painful, but not at SARCHIONE FORD in Alliance. I recently purchased a new F-150 and prior to going to Sarchione in Alliance, I went to another dealership in NE Ohio. What a night & day experience compared to how I was treated at Sarchione. I can honestly say, the people at Sarchione Ford treated me like gold, from my first encounter on their lot, all the way through to the financing. I can honestly say, I will NEVER go to another dealership to purchase a Ford. I want to say Thank you to everyone at Sarchione Ford in Alliance for everything, your dealership is truly the Pinnacle of what a car buying experience should be!

I am a 71 year old woman and I took my Ford Escape in for power window regulator and an oil change. They were very friendly but on the oil change tires were supposed to be checked for air pressure. Paper work said 35 pp on each tire. I got on highway with a 4 year old in the car and low tire indicator came on. I had to find a place to pull over and get out in the rain and put air in the tire. It was reading 23 pp.that could have been a nasty blow out on the highway. I was totally disappointed. I checked all the tires and not one of them was at 35. Think I will stay away from this dealership.

Sarchione has contacted me on this matter and I have to say they were very apologetic and offered me a free service next time I come in. I was not looking for a handout, I just wanted them to make sure it doesn’t happen to someone else. They were very sweet and I am over my being upset. I will go back and give them another chance.

Another update: I did not get the free service that I was told I would get. When I went for my oil change I had to pay $ 56.
Oh well my bad for trusting.

I just purchased my 3rd lease. Dave Kress has been my sales rep for my last 3 leases here at Montrose. Every experience has been great and with purchasing my Escape I can’t say enough good things about Dave and my experiences here at Montrose.

I dont typically write reviews and I dont typically say anything positive about dealerships HOWEVER Montrose in Alliance has stepped up to the plate of my first positive review. I was greeted immediately. I may have just been looking but I was treated with respect and wasnt walked away from. A girl, Elena, came out and answered any and all questions I had about a truck I was curious about. She was very respectful and left me with a great impression of her dealership. Everyone had smiling faces and very talkative. Loved the atmosphere and as soon as I am ready I WILL be purchasing from them no doubt.

Elena Mundy was professional when I purchased my vehicle. She is the best sales woman I ever met. She deserves a promotion for knowing how to treat customers with dignity and respect. She knows everything about vehicles and is a great salesperson.

Very disappointing dealership although I bought my car here. One of the head manager told me lies about my credit and what other dealerships had told me. Also the car they sold me they broke the adjuster knob and many other issues with the car. They fixed many issues on it had to take it up there many times and still have resolved all my issues. Let me remind you I haven’t even made a payment yet!
