I have been a client of Jessica’s for a few years and I am so glad that I finally found someone who listens to me and provides great service. Jessica goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and meet my needs. She explains everything she is doing and why, and gives me advice on how to care for my hair. Jessica is also a wonderful person and I always enjoy our conversations. I am always treated with care and respect at Sass Salon and Spa.

My first interaction with Jessica was amazing! Not only did I love my hair cut, but she was very knowledgeable and personable. She shared lots of tips and tricks that I could use as far as styling my hair at home and what products I should be using to achieve my desired look. She came very highly recommended to myself, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone else!

We came in for our first appointment with Jessica Gurkan and had such a great experience. My daughter came in with a picture and Jessica gave her that and more. When we set the appointment we originally selected the wrong thing but Jessica stayed and spent her night giving my daughter the hair of her dreams. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend!

Jessica is great! I used to hate getting my hair cut but I've been going to her for probably a year now and look forward to it. She does an awesome job, no complaints!

Since my hair stylist Jessica moved to sass I have been able to go there a few times now including with my children. It is a nice and clean place to go and is welcoming for anyone including kids! Jessica has been a great family hairstylist and is very flexible to accommodate busy life schedules! Highly recommend!

Emily is THE BEST! I walked in with black box dye and low expectation of getting the color is wanted due to years of at home dye jobs. But Emily worked with me and we got the color I wanted and the look I was going for! She is truly a talented stylist!

I came in today to try and get an appointment for the end of March to have mine and my Mother's hair done up for my Son's Wedding. The lady that greeted, me at the door asked the 2 girls that would be working that Saturday if they could squeeze me in. The one girl came out saying nooo and was busy but wouldn't even check her schedule. The other girl said I don't know tell her to go online to make an appointment. I stop by in person so I wouldn't need to go on line and I have had several perms there. I felt very unimportant as a customer and not welcome at all. Very disappointing and I will never try to make an appointment again.

Erika is wonderful and I am so glad that I found her. She took the time to actually listen to me. I love my haircut, she did an amazing job and that is not something I have been able to say for years. Scheduling is also convenient and very upfront. If you are looking for someone who cares about making sure your hair looks great you won't be disappointed with Erika. I can't wait until my next appointment!
