11I love that I have a grocery near me but I hate that whenever I do go there's only ONE register open with a crowd of people in line!
Store has gone thru a remodeling but they need to do a re-staff too. Customer service sucks. No help what so ever. Shelves are almost always bare too. That's why I switched to Aldi.
Save a love get better look, quality of food was different quality, Now look clean and organized stock always look ready, security

Don't like the fact that they cut the hours from 24 hours a day down to 9am to 9PM. They are not open when I need them now. Have started shopping at Marc's instead. They are open when I need them.
Great experience first time shopping there love the customers love employees and the atmosphere I will shop there again
It's an okay store usually everything is in stock and the store is kept pretty well clean the only problem is a lot of times they are understaffed or only have one line open when there's many customers other than that good store
The Save-A-Lot on Clark avenue I would recommend no one going to it's dirty the lady that waited on me at the register through my stuff in the buggy even broke my eggs that store is terrible I recommend going to the Save-A-Lot on Fulton parkway
So it says they're open 24 hrs. Just drove twenty minutes to get here, arrived at 5: 15 am, and they're closed for buffing the floors. Could've let people know that they're closed during this time for those purposes, instead of wasting my time. I even tried to call ahead to confirm they were open and no one answered. Rude and unprofessional.
Won't be back. Security guard needs to be retrained or reeducated on people skills and customer support. Just rude. My first time there and my last.
I mean what can you say you save a lot here. I shop at giant eagle and dave's also thier very expensive.
