I've enjoyed Save-A-Lot ever since I was in the south State of Florida and enjoy it while I'm here in the North in

Driving thru #TheClair, stop in Save-Alot to use the restroom & buy a bag of black eyed peas. So I grabbed a few items also. Wow their shelves were so bare. Empty shelves. It was such a shame in a high populated area & low income area that the basic needed items were unavailable for people who live over there and neeeded. Also the prices were more higher than on the Westside, SMH‍️ NOT FARE! Please do better #SaveAlot #Councilmen #Councilwomen #Wardsmen #Wardswomen. P S the older cashier lady w/a medical boot on 1 foot was very nice, engaging an down to earth. Hope she feels better soon

The store mandated customer mask use. The staff don't wear mask nor have Covid cubbies. The meat prices were too high as usually. I usually only Manager special meat here. There was only one line open until10 people were waiting. We all agreed that long lines and one to two registers is usually the case here. They have a Covid restroom policy that does not allow customers to use their restrooms. It is actually taped up with a broken sign attached. They can breathe on us, take our money and refuse us access to their restrooms. I am sensitive to this as I have Chronic Kidney Disease. I usually use have to use stores restrooms at least twice while I shop. I always experience Chronic pain and humiliating accidents if I don't. I had an urinary accident on my way home that my downstairs neighbor witnessed. She and her family will not let me live it down till this time next year. I go before I leave, wear hygiene products. I walk and push my cart for exercise. I don't have food home delivered because most of their reviews suck. I also need to destress that walk helps. My apartment has Mold that I recently was informed that am highly allergic to Mold. I get out and walk to exercise, breathe fresh air and save money. THANKS Save a Lot. Your policy didnot save my pants or my dignity. Back to Walmart, Rose's and Aldi's I go. I am able to use their restooms but I can't walk there. Hey, Save a Lot stores. Did you every hear there is an exception to every rule!? I am a Disabled Senior reduced to baby Behavior! A friend of mine and I just last week discussed the fact that this policy is only enforced in mostly low income predominately people of Color communities. Not all Save a Lots have.this policy. I saw a male customer also ask to use their restoom while I was there. He was told no also. They other customers laughed. I failed to see the humor. Shame on you Save a Lot and other businesses for treating your customers like animals during this deadly Pandemic. You had a large food charity box in your store but where was your charity to me and that gentle man did not complain. I am in pain due to the stress and anger I feel as I write this.

It save a lot, what can I really say, they are usually stocked, its usually clean, the workers are friendly, and I usually can get in out pretty quick

Way better than the Save-A-Lot on Noble they actually have things that I need it and I didn't have to ask the staff one where they're going to have something in stock

They stopped 2 store robberies, over 200$ worth
That was only till 1100 am

Worst Save A Lot in the franchise. They are always sitting in the back of the store smoking while the lines back up. On top of this they only keep 1 line open at all times no matter how long the line is. Absolutely the WORST SAVE A LOT IN OHIO!

11/14/19 about 6: 47pm I checked out at the register nearest the entry/exit. Rude cashiers, poor customer service and bad business practice. Amongst the bad attitude, cashier did not greet nor provide a thank you at the closing of the transaction. I greeted her 2xs and no return. Not sure what happened to the energy and excitement she had when she interviewed for the job but they ALL need to retrain on business skills!

Cashiers are not friendly always one cashier no attendant to help you and never any shopping carts

I just bought corn meal from them got home about to fry some fish and when I open it all I see is ants never will shop at save a lot every again
