Save-A-Lot, Cleveland OH

This Save-A-Lot is a good store pretty clean and it's got pretty decent stuff there there are some name-brand Foods overall the price is better than Giant Eagle the downfall I'm the store itself is that you have to pack the food yourself sometimes it just hurts my feelings knowing that I packed it in there nice and need to begin with for them to throw it in there any way they want and then you have the Regal through it again and put it in separate bags

Had to get my son milk and got to save a lot @ 8: 57 not knowing they changed from 24 hours. I tried walking in and the security guard said they were closed I showed him my phone was 8: 57 and I needed milk really quick and tried walking past him then he grabbed me and pushed me out of the store and said they were closed.

This store needs to go back to being open 24 hours, 9pm is way too early for any grocery store to close and since they Never have enough cashiers it was always easier for me to go after I'd get off of work.shopping at midnight was less crowded & simply all around better for me anyway.

Getting a little better still a little pricey on somethings a like milk and eggs use go their 3- 4 + times a week now i go to Marc's more often better prices on your milk & eggs and a lot of other foods i came from Marc's because i got mad it Marc's because they haven't had Alfredo sauce for over 4 weeks and save a lot had started selling prego name brand at a fair price get some more name brand foods worth eating at fair prices not like off brand baked beans i bought last year wasn't worth eating put 3 cans in garbage

I love Save A lot. Only problem now is that if you don't have. Quarter.you'll need to find one to get to use a shopping cart.

I've gone several times around 5 or 6 a.m. And the store looks nasty! Shelves need to be shocked and floors need to be cleaned. The lady cashier was EXTREMELY IMPOLITE & VERY rude!

All of the foods that I have tried have been good quality. Produce is good as well. Prices are low.

The store was clean and empty because I went at 8pm. My only issue was that they didn't have much meat to buy. It wasn't stocked and the meat dept appeared to be closed.

Great deals on staples. Employees are helpful and cordial. Open 24 hours is a definite plus in our area.

This place has gone down hill. Produce I think is terrible, hit or miss! Meat selection not so great. You have to make sure it's fresh and always check the dates. Had to take a couple things back already.

Typical store of well known discount grocery store chain. Lots of parking with easy access. Nothing special here but entirely acceptable experience for cheap groceries.

Clean store. Things are easy to find but for the life of me I can never figure out why the lines are always long and slow.
Even today's visit at 9a I stood in line for almost 10 mins.
If you are looking for a quick in and out, look elsewhere.

Good prices. Don't have alot to choose from in the fresh veggie department. What they do have is fresh though.

They have pretty decent prices. The lines were long but went quickly, which says a lot for the people working hard at the registers!

Never enough cashiers. Always lines. My time is more valuable than what I $ave in there! Kudos to the cashier's they do have who have to deal with the crabby customers!

The most for your money everytime however some of the taxable products and cleaners are cheaper elsewhere friendly and curtious workers great atmosphere

It's a very well kept store. Never have problem finding merchandise. If I do I ask one of your friendly staff. It's a pleasure to shop at Save-a-lot on Brookpark & Broadview.

I've had problems with this store before. Selling breakfast sausage at full price that was about to expire in a couple of days. Selling ribs (meat) that you can tell had been thawed & refroze multiple times. A cashier that always has greasy unwashed hair. But I would just overlook it.
But on St. Patrick's day and a Saturday.there was only one (the greasy hair) cashier open and the line was long & reached the end cap of the aisle.
Other customers where making comments and getting angry as another cashier comes walking up and had to be told to open up. She took care of a customer with a return. Myself and others got in her line. Both lines were down the aisles almost to the back of the store now. She looks up and said in a snarky tone, "Wow my line has grown and I'm not even opened. Well I guess I am now". I lost it! I've been waiting for over 15 minutes now. I said are you f'ing kidding me? You have to be told to open and do your job? !
I left and will NEVER shop this store again!
