Save A Lot, Cleveland OH

This place is nice and clean, and have a variety of food, meats, vegetable's, etc. Fruit is fresh.

The bathroom has been, and is still unusable for last 2 months. The employee and customers have no way to relieve themselves, or to wash hands. I have spoken to management, but they say it can't be fixed. No repairs had started as of my last visit and I understand that it is something they believe is unimportant in this age of COVID19, their responses are unacceptable!

There is no restrooms workable in store, that is hard for customers, has been going on for weeks, were do they the employees wash their hands. They have little to no regard for public sanitation and is a health hazard the city of Cleveland are not doing the job. If this was a white store in a mostly white Neighbourhood then this would not be going on. As much as we need the store in this neighbourhood, we don't need the germs. And this handling of food by unsanitary worker. I'm gonna rate it for one star just because I showed up!

This one is better than the one on st. Clair but neither accepts WIC anymore and the prices for meat are ridiculous a family pack of wings is priced at 17-18 dollars. But there usually isn't a line and the parking lot is always open.

A big joke on our whole neighborhood our councilman lied about no real grocery stores wanting to operate in our neighborhood

I came to a store that I was not familiar with and was disappointed there were hardly any Goya products. I'm a chef by trade and I was looking for cooking wine. I bought a few things, but had to try another store.

The store did not have no shopping buggies for put our groceries inside the buggy I did not like that that's poor to me in our Lakeview

Could use a better selection of stuff, but the staff (depending on the day) are pretty efficient in gettin you in and out. Typical Sav a lot.

You in the first and the middle part of the month then their food is always high but if you get them doing the ending you can do a lot better deals especially with me being a older lady I need the best I can get and enjoy going there so I just love doing it in the month cuz I got more food thank you bye

Best time to shop here is between the 6th and the 17th of the month when the shelves have been restocked and the store isn't so crowded.

This is my Home Store. They really understand their customers and a selected few employees are really great. Need more products but still okay. They need to do better with cleaning though.

Save a lot on Superior has no shopping carts available the wait was too long, only in our neighborhood will you find problems like this.

Some prices are reasonable but others are high. I scored well on some western ribs they were meaty with just the right amount of fat, and the price was equally nice. Store was stocked pretty good.
