Save A Lot, Amherst OH

Actually I go there quite a bit and I do wear a mask but I wear masks everywhere everybody knows me there so I pretty much know everything that they have they get their ice cream I don't know it's their brand maybe it is the best I it's better than Breyers ice cream I like the salted caramel and the butter pecan anyways they're really friendly they help I need help nobody wants to work anymore I guess I wish if I wasn't so old and I get a job there at Christmas time they have eggnog they have the best eggnog ever so what they do is if they don't have any when I come in I give them my phone number and they call me when it's in and they put it up for me because I know I'll be in to buy it save save me 7 at a time and the managers are really really good and the cashiers I'm talking about the one in South Lorain I don't know too much about the one in Elyria although I know the managers and stuff a really nice because I took my aunt in there and they were so helpful because I didn't know where the stuff wasn't there and they don't say what was down there 50 miles away into your left they take you to it Giant Eagle doesn't do that they just say well it might be in aisle three or might be in aisle six but Save-A-Lot they take you to it and show you that's another thing I like about save-a-lots sometimes it's crowded and you have to wait in line a little bit but hey they do have good products there and your chicken is very good so anyways if you want a nice friendly store and if you really need help to do something I'm very short so they know anyways this I'm going to need help cuz I can't reach top shelves but it's a very good store and it's clean it's not all cluttered anyways it's on Fairless Drive Inside the Rain right by Burger King thank you and you have a very good day and have a very good experience if you go there

Noone answers the phone just was there yesterday and had got some chocolate mild and some other things didn't think to look at date because normally it's gone in 2 days anyway went to get a glass today and found out it expired 8 days ago why is it still on the shelf

I love the variety and prices of their food items. I can always find what I need at Save A Lot at a lower price for the same thing than I would at another store.

Need a meat cutter who knows how to cut meat steaks are not evenly cut goes from thick to thin.very disappointed.

Clean.organized. Disappointed there was no Keto or low carb bread products. Cashiers always polite.

They had everything on my grocery list, the prices were good. I was checked out and didn"t have to wait in a long line.
I was very satisfied.

I love this store. I only come in for lunch blueberries and yogurt but the staff is really nice.

They aren't handicap friendly. Edit no one answer your store phone it just rings, rings, rings, somemore. How about getting some scooters. A lots more handicapped folks would use your store. By the way where can one find a listing for your corporate ph number. That's seems to be a big secrect.

I like save a lot. Their prices are very reasonable. The store is clean. I shop at another store also but I buy about half my items here. The products are also good quality.

Cashier was very rude this morning and had an attitude.horrible customerservice.first time I've been here and will not return!

The best thing I appreciate about this location during the pandemic is the crowd. It's hardly ever too crowded. With that being said, there are hardly ever enough registers open. Produce selection is not the best. Meat selection and meat sales are pretty good consistently.
