Save A Lot, Youngstown OH

The Save A Lot in Youngstown is stocked to the hilt. They had all types of greens. Beef ribs, etc. I am done with Warren and Niles Save A Lots.

If you get a gift certificate and even though it says any Youngstown store the store on South ave wont honor it they waited to tell me no after my stuff was bagged. The young kid acted like he didn't want to do paperwork on it cuz he was quick to tell me no. He said it has to say South Ave on it and not any Youngstown store.

I go here bc it's convenient I would rather go to other locations only bc I feel like the other locations have more to choose from when it comes to items in stock or new items ide say this save a lot is the last to get and service could be more friendlier ️

Friend who drove.went in to see if they had springnester for me.they did. I am not s fan of this store.

They don’t have the selection that of a bigger change grocery store, but they will definitely save you some money.

Friendly and knowledgeable workers, clean and organized store, very well stocked, many different varieties of products from frozen and refrigerated foods to produce, bakery items and much more.

It was basic dont seem as well setup as t stocked like the other ones it was smaller than most next time I will just travel a little more to a bigger location

Omg! Long slow line, only one open, don't be in a hurry when u go there, finally another cashier opens, the store was well stocked though, the cashier was very friendly.

Love this store! Wide variety of food and household products at reasonable prices. I had gone there that day to pick up some meat to restock my freezer. And I was not disappointed in their meat selection!

My experience at Save A Lot was cool, I can get some foods in there, if I am in the neighborhood.

Staff is great. Selection of brand name products is pretty limited.
I watched the manager go out of his way to help an elderly woman with a request from the meat department. He bent over backwards and even stayed friendly when she mentioned that she didn't have a cart. LoL. "Here's 15 pounds of beef". He did everything except eat it for her.
It's a great store in an area that really needs it.
My only complaint would be the clientele. But they can't control that.
South side of Youngstown, you pretty much know what to expect.

Its Sunday June 27th at 8: 30 am after buying beer his time 4 months i was just denied till 10 AM. Garbage.
