Sawyer Towing LLC, Cincinnati OH

It was towed to the impound lot and when I went to pick it up, it was damaged. They either broke a tie rod or pulled the front axle loose. The exhaust was pulled apart. And now they don't even open up until 10 in the morning. I have called my attorney and my towing company to take care of this issue. They are just out to make a quick buck. It was towed from the university

You better HOPE your vehicle doesn’t get towed by this company and you better damn sure not call them willingly. They overcharge like a MF! If you think regular towing companies charge a lot, you do not want to be in business with this one cause it’s the WORST!

Part 1…. 8: 05 pm be there in 45 mins called and called the girl that answered sounded like she was in a bar! Nobody ever called us back or showed up! They were super rude. It’s now 11: 51
Part 2…. Then to make it worse after my roadside provider cancelled the service since they didn’t show up or take our calls…Jacob and another guy showed up at 11: 20pm. I told the driver they were no longer needed and walked away. Then Jacob gets out the truck and wants to fight and take pictures our tags for both cars. He was high as a Georgia pine!

Company is horrible there are no clear fees displayed and they charge what ever they want and they charge you for days even when they don’t open so that you can come get your car, receptionist was very rude and told us to get out when we asked her for a itemized list of fees, I would never use this company if I had the option.

Customer service was horrible. They were very rude, kept telling us unhelpful information, and talked down to us when we tried to clarify information that THEY gave us. They will talk you in circles. Owner is very rude too. Do not recommend using them at all.

What a great company! What great people! The compassion and helpfulness I recieved was outstanding! This level of service is far above the highest of my expectations. Very knowledgeable, very quick, and very compassionate, this is next level customer service!

Sawyer Towing towed my car on a Saturday night after their business hours. Towing my car isn’t the issue, I was at fault. But they wouldn’t allow me to get my car until Monday. My house keys were in my car. I stood out side in 30 degree weather freezing and was inconvenienced majorly. If you can tow a car at 1am then we should be able to pick our car up during those hours. Not wait until Monday. I understand accountability but if you’re closed then be closed. This is greedy and heartless. People have lives, responsibilities, and families to feed. I don’t feel that a minor mistake like parking in the wrong spot should effect someone’s life so negatively. Paying the cost is one thing. But throwing off someone’s life duties and schedule is outrageous. Ill make sure this information gets out and the issue is addressed. This can’t be right. This company seems parasitic.

Super helpful and friendly, guess it would be easy to leave a nasty review but who's fault is it when we park where it says not to? I learned years ago when I screw up I need to eat crow and roll on. All I can say is no damage to my car and they were a pleasure to deal with. If they are this good when I screw up I imagine they are even better when you request a tow. I'll definately call them if I need a towing service.

Horrible company. Tow truck drivers driving over 50 mph in a residential area with posted speed limits of 25. Very rudely gave me the middle finger for blowing my horn to get him to slow down.
Then when I called the office to report the drive the sloth that answered the phone thought it was funny and said he must have been in a hurry. I said well now you will get a Bad review.he laughs again and said who cares we dont yse Google for anything!
Wrong Mr tow truck driver.lots of people have used Google to review your Poor Service!
