Sbarro, Hebron OH

This place always old food sitting all day given chance multiple times before doing reviews I eat many times at sbarro up north and always on the point but this place no thanks staying away good luck.

Absolutely horrible looking food… over priced, far from fresh pizza, looked like it had been sitting there cold all day which is def a food safety hazard, prices are over inflated for what you would get if you dare eat it… the mini ranch cups are the price of a bottle of ranch at the store and honestly a slap in the face at 1.69$ a cup considering what the food will cost you to begin with… employees there are a joke… lied and said the pizza was only 20 mins old yet proceeded to throw it in the oven bc that’s how long it’s been cold and sitting out…

Great friends of mine took me to a sbarro said it's the greatest thing. So I ordered a thin slice of supreme. Was absolutely terrible. The bread sticks were good. I said never again.tonight I sat in the parking lot looking at the pizza place. So I walked in people were fantastic. I got a stromboli. With sausage and pepperoni. Now that I have confirmed it it still was a bad choice. Never again. Sorry friends. It was warm out side and cold in the middle.never again.

A lot of apologies from the owner but it doesn't change the fact they seem to be closed all the time. Honestly, I wanted Bob Evans but they were closed too. Bob better be open tomorrow or I'm rioting. But back to Sbarro. Open or take it off Google and vacate so some place that will actually be open can move in. There's a line out the door right now for Popeye's. Lack of business can't be the problem. Staffing issues? Raise your prices and pay more. You have 150 truck parking and truckers here as a captive audience. They gotta eat somewhere and they will pay what they got to.

Wish I could review it. I love their pizza and stopped for lunch on a Tuesday, a little after 12. A short line at the closed gate said they were opening at 12, well already 12: 05 and still closed. Sorry my lunch break is half over already and couldn't stay. Please open at a reasonable time for lunch!

Bait and switch! This place don’t exist. I wish I had a slice. Fool me once, can’t fool me twice!

I went tonight but it was closed at 5: 00pm. A worker in another business told me they didn't have enough workers. Better call ahead before visiting this place.

Always closed. Shut this place down and put a Little Caesar’s here. The food might be trash but at least they’ll be open. I wish I could give it less than 1 star but this’ll do for now.

This is the best NY style pizza I've had in 20 years. I've tried other authentic places (in Florida), but none of them are as good as this pizza. The restaurant was clean and the girl who assisted us was extra nice and helpful. They have a good menu selection from fresh salads, to baked ziti, Strombolis and of course.pizza. I recommend that you try this place.

I must have gotten lucky according to the other reviews. I stopped at this truck stop for Popeyes and left with a slice of sbarro pizza. I have seen it many times in malls throughout my life but never was in the mood for pizza. OMG THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA EVER! The older lady working was very helpful and super friendly. The pizza was made fresh and the dough and the sauce were perfect. My only regret in life is never giving this place a chance sooner. I am on my way back to order more today! Please be open! Lol

I'm not sure what this Sbarro is going through but they're closed most of the time. They need to just follow the hours they have listed online, change the hours online, or just close down for good. I'd hate to see another Sbarro go because its my absolute favorite pizza, but come on, no wonder your business is going bankrupt if you can't even follow your own hours.

Online hours said they were open until 10PM,
I got there at 2PM and they were closed. I drove 40 miles out of my way because they were supposedly open.

They're never open I'll stop there at 12 different times they're always closed and the one time that they were open not very good

Online it says this location closes @ 10pm. On the front door it says they close @ 6pm. Walked in @ 5: 05pm today and they were closed. Other people have the same problem it seems based on other reviews about them being closed during business hours. Why not just permanently close it? I will never come to this location again.

Closed AGAIN! They can't keep staff at this location. Getting ridiculous! 7th time I came and not open at 5 pm or for the day.

Need to update online hours. Not a lot of options for truck drivers and stopping can be a pain, especially when you do it for nothing
